We watch what we eat so donut is normally a no-no. But we are doing good lately health-wise, and they offer free donut with your vaccine card so why not cheat for a day. Even though the sign was not showing hot donuts they were still fresh. You can tell by how soft they are on the inside. If they werent unhealthy I would easily eat 3-4 instead of half. They have seating both inside and outside. You can also see the whole donut making process behind the window.

The manager that was working tonight, I didn’t get her name, November 4th 2021 at 6pm.She is absolutely amazing. I came in with a large order and we have to manually type in the order confirmation number for 25 orders, it was very tedious but she was extremely helpful and patient.Thank you!!

Love the donuts but I asked for the special Valentines day box and without mentioning they replaced half of the donuts. I understand they were out but the employee didnt mention anything until I noticed. I called the corporate office and will be compensated with a free dozen, but I did not get the Mars donut I wanted. My coworkers did enjoy the six i took to the office.

I was at the crispy Kreme donuts couple days ago. I asked them I want a half of dozen donuts I get home I open the box I got four donuts I order three donuts from my son and three donuts for me my son got two his donuts then I got my one donut and there was another donut I did not like thank God my son liked that one.I drove all the way from El Cajon. I called them up tell them situation she told me I could come back I told her I wont be able to be there for a couple of days I work cuz its far. She said its okay shell have my name on the list. So today Friday we went back down there to get our free donuts I get there it was a different manager a male with dark hair I know he was trying to be nice I told him the situation and he said was it mixed donuts I said yes . He walked away I thought he might have got a box so we can pick out or six donuts no he comes back with a box of mixed donuts a dozen of them that was sweet. I walked out to my car to open up the donut to get one to my son and they were old donuts a day old how do I know its old it kind of looks shrunk and sweaty because fresh donuts are coated with hard glaze and fresh looking not sweaty like its dripping I was going to go back inside but I had it drove out here twice wasting my gas and my time I will never come back here again I will drive further to other Krispy Kreme donuts and I never had this kind of problem and had a bad day old donut that sweated on my finger.😡😠😤 And plus these donuts is supposed to melt in your mouth not sweat in your mouth🤮

I just went on Friday for their chocolate glaze doughnuts and bought one dozen original and one chocolate. The original was hard and the glaze was already at the point when it is separating . The chocolate glaze doughnuts are an plain doughnut with a chocolate glaze. Well they also were not fresh. I was completely disappointed especially since noone else was in line. We had two dozen doughnuts that noone wanted to finish because they didnt taste good.Definitely not Krispy Kreme quality

Staff seems uninterested in listening to the order at the speaker so when we pulled up to see if they heard our order they tried to give us a dozen when we ordered a 1/2 dozen. After the fact, they continued to just open up other random order boxes trying to guess our order. Not once did they apologize or even try to hear our order until I told them why don’t you ask what I wanted. That seemed to alleviate the problem rather quickly, just wished they would’ve tried that in the first place :/

Since they were closing, we decided to sit outside.The donuts were okay. I liked some of them, but they all taste the same to me. I know and hear that Krispy Kreme makes good donuts though and I tried other shops. I can taste some difference between a chocolate and few other sweets, but the after taste to me is all just sweet. Even the cheesecake taste the same as regular donuts, but a bit sweeter. I am not that amazed at donuts like many other people who are. Maybe it is because I used to eat everyday and there are always free donuts that I get sick of it. Or because donuts are too sweet for me. But I can say that when I ate the donuts here that it is great for those that love donuts. So it is not bad, but not the best. I also can say that the time we had the donuts, it was not as fresh since we did come near closing time, but still edible. One of my friends thought it was too sweet too, but my other friend liked it.TL;DR: The donuts here taste average to me. Maybe we came at a bad time, but it is passable. It was a bit too sweet for me though. If you havent had Krispy Kremes you are not missing much, but at the same time if you are in the area and like donuts this might be the place for you.

So its 12:30pm. I placed an online order at 11:37am, which was ready at 11:57am. I was rudely told to go wait in line. After waiting 25 minutes, I was told that my order wasnt made, and theyve been so busy that they havent gotten to online orders. Now Im waiting for a refund, but the manager in the back doing payroll. Out of control.Also, theres a lady (the same rude one who told me I had to wait in line, like everybody else) who keeps wiping her forehead and touching donuts with her bare hands.

I go to the Chula Vista location now even though this location in Clairemont Mesa is closer to my home. They seem to run out of donuts fast!! From a business standpoint, the store should make more of the donuts that are highly requested or if theres a holiday or week-end, make more!! Ive had regular experiences during the evening time where they were out my first, and sometimes, second choice so I just asked the employee what they did have! Lol! I also feel the employees at the Chula Vista location are more friendly. The only advantage that this location has is the drive thru!

I was in line to order and a man came in and proceeded in front of everyone. He said he was just picking up a mobile order which made sense, no one in line was upset. He also kindly asked the person in front of the line if he could do that. What was upsetting, when he got in front to talk to an employee, the employee started yelling at him that he cant cut and he needs to go in the back of the line. For a mobile order? Everyone was surprised that the employee started yelling, it was very unprofessional.Krispy Kreme, what is the point of ordering on your app if you still have to line up when you pick it up? Please train your employees to be more professional.

Ive visited the Krispy Kreme Donuts during my stay in San Diego, CA, and I must say that after 10 years of not having any, their donuts still taste as great as they tasted 10 years ago! Definitely a place to stop by whenever in SoCal! My favorite? The glazed donut!Bonus: If their sign says HOT, that means that theyre just making some at that exact moment!!!

I went to Krispy Kreme for the first time in several years last night in hopes to get a heart shaped doughnut for my BF. I wasn’t hopeful and knew they would probably be sold out, and they were of nearly everything! Which is not me complaining I love seeing businesses do well so selling out is great for them, but what gives them the 5 stars is not the taste. Krispy Kreme honestly is overrated, BUT service here is amazing. Staff offered me some heart shaped doughnuts they had which were not the ones on the menu. They had edible words “ cutie” and “ hi” on them, and chocolate sprinkles, def not what I was ultimately hoping for, but sooo thankful they were able to help me best they could. Thank youu ☺️

Drive through speaker is broken and people inside struggle to hear your order. They have messed up my order twice because they can’t hear through the bad drive through speaker and I can barely understand what they are saying. Management should fix their equipment.

I ordered ahead of time to pick them up Sunday morning when I got there girl says they dont have any pumpkin spice donuts/maple bars/apple fritters/cinnamon pumpkin spice/and others... I had to pick replacements 1. Dont have these donuts on website if you dont have the product 2. Get the online orders right!! 3. In the case of donuts display dont put regular glazed donuts in the slot where the missing donuts are suppose to be because a customer is gonna think oh they have pumpkin spice and pick that one in reality its not 4.Order the ingredients to make the missing donuts!! Called Corporate and they refunded my money!!

We went there for the Halloween donuts. They were decorated like Dracula, Frankenstein, Wolf man, then Halloween sprinkles and swirls. I have never been there before but will definitely go again. Also, my grandkids loved them.
