Ive been on the phone with these ppl for the past few days checking up on a order that one of their associates took via online for me. The same person a guy with the first letter of his name being M repeatedly told me I’d receive a email mean while not checking up on my order. Apparently I received a email in my spam yesterday (saw email today) which I called and he said the same thing but if he had taken the time to actually check the status of my order yesterday when I called he could’ve told me how to fix it instead of me finding out a day after and having to call back n having to hear him say the same thing that I’ll receive an email before hearing me out. Then when I bring it to his attention he doesn’t apologize or nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WONT BE RETURNING TO GAMESTOP PALM AVE bc of the BS!!

We came in to pick up an online order and our experience was very quick and the staff was very helpful. We were able to buy an item here that we had been unable to find at our local stores. It was fun to discuss some upcoming games while we paid for our items and hear about options for preorder and rewards options.

This guys are awesome. Whatever you are looking for theyll find it asap. And if the item you need is not in this store theyll tell you where to get it. And of course the used price on the games are always welcome.

Its a very good store. I never had a single problem, I recommend you to get a game there. And the people are very chill so they can help you

I was referred to this store from another GameStop which was out of stock of a game that I was trying to purchase. I tried to call this GameStop Prestige on Palm Ave. to confirm that they had the game in stock. After trying twice with no one picking up the phone, I checked online, which stated that they did have the game in stock, so I drove over to purchase it. What was disappointing was that they did not actually have the game at the store, and that the listing on their system was incorrect. It was a frustrating and extremely disappointing experience.

Grant is super nice and helpful. They always have the best deal on games at this store!!!!

Just went to this game stop location. Bad service, the cashier SUPER SLOW. Everyone was in a hurry and he would just smirk. I noticed he kept being slow on purpose.
