I havent visited this store in a few years since it was in the other side of the mall. First thing I noticed is the customer service is still top notch. I was walked through the newest featured products and joined their rewards program. Totally forgot the name of the lady helping me but she was super helpful and excited to walk me through the Aveda products. I even picked up the limited edition Shampur Nurturing Shampoo Bar. I love this place!

Superior products! Employees are friendly and helpful. They even offered to hold my purchase until I finished my shopping trip!

I cant remember the womans name but the representative at this store was fabulous. She showed my sister and I the different essential oil and gave us a complimentary neck and shoulder massage. I felt like she knew alot about the products and let us know when we inquired about services where we could find what we were looking for (Gila Rut store). I felt like she was very friendly and I will definitely visit again

Another factory store, but this is Aveda, great place to go for the popular and hard to find products your salon may not always stock.
