BUYER BEWARE Visit at your own risk, has a good amount of costumes but a one costume try on policy. Also the place is very dimly lit, not in a spooky way, just a I cant see anything type vibe. I left after realizing literally any other costume store would be better.

Got to visit for the first time a couple of days ago and it was great! I was immediately greeted and all the workers were beyond helpful! Their store is super organized and neat and has tons of variety! As a plus sized gal, I was happy to see they had a good amount of plus sized costumes/accessories! Definitely a place worth checking out!

Absolutely terrible. I will advise people not to come here. They don’t warn that all sales are final. They only let you try on one costume, so hope you pick the right one 😀 and they don’t accept returns. My costume was too big and they won’t even let me return it. So now I have a $70 costume I’ve never warn and won’t get to. Total rip-off. And the fabric is really worn and cheap. Also found the exact some one on Amazon for HALF the price.

Apparently you can only try on one costume per person per day so we just walked out definitely not spending money here

What a wonderful store! Bought costumes for our daughters and my kids surprised me with a Gilligans Island costume. Loved it but only one problem. Not sure why, but it had Sharpie all over one of the sleeves. Major bummer as All Sales are Final. Not sure how this can be handled as it arrived damaged. If it didnt have the damage, would have been 5 stars.UPDATE:I was contacted by the manager and they replaced the shirt with a new one. What fantastic unexpected customer service - especially for an industry where all sales are final. So pleased - changed from a four star rating to a five.

Great Halloween chain store. Got some outdoor Halloween decorations for the month.

Friendliest employees and an awesome selection. After going to 3 stores locally I drove 20 mins out to The House Of Halloween and the whole family found costumes here. The masks and costumes offer a bit more variety than the big named stores. Thr quality seems to be better too, especially with the masks. The staff was just so pleasant and helping that I will forever check here first. Thanks for taking great care of my family.
