MSI is a great place to view flooring and wall materials for your home renovation needs. The showroom is awesome. The customer service is first rate. I highly recommend MSI.

Went to MSI to look at stone slabs for my new kitchen counter tops. My first impression was great! We did a virtual check-in so you know they are maintaining social distancing for safety. Yolanda was so knowledgeable. She took me to the back where I was able to see the actual slabs. What a large selection! I loved using their visualization tool on my phone that put my favorite slabs in my own kitchen. Dont forget to take a photo with your phone before you go.

The quality and the beauty of quartz slabs are very well knows to be high standard. My review is about a huge part of any project which is customer service. I had the pleasure to deal with Esmeralda and Shadia that went above and beyond to make the experience and the whole Kitchen project way more pleasant!! I’m thankful and I highly recommend….

Went to MSi showroom and was greeted by a lovely and accommodating salesgirl, Esmeralda Lopez. She initially directed me to the slab showroom, introduced me to her associate in that area and on my way out, went and got samples of tile that I liked. I was not a previous client, but everyone on the showroom was helpful with a smile. What a pleasant experience. Im hoping to give them my business!!

Went to MSI yesterday to look for backsplash for our kitchen remodel and once again received the BEST Customer Service! Their selections on all products are seriously the best and customer service is always a 10 out of 10. Jonathan Carrizales was so helpful and took the time to really give us good pointers on types of material (there are SO MANY to choose from)! They also recently helped us with outside tile materials we needed to replace in our porch area. You will never be disappointed with selection of materials and customer service at MSI!

We went to MSI to find a vanity countertop. Honestly, we were overwhelmed bc there were so many choices and we weren’t sure where to start. Thankfully we met Molly who was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She was able to help us narrow down on our favorite selections. We then showed her pictures of our bathroom remodel so she could guide us in selecting the countertop that would best complement the bathroom tile, finishes, and vanity we had already selected. She truly has an amazing eye and her experience as an interior designer allowed her to confidently guide us in selecting options that would accentuate the bathroom, while taking into account our budget and material preferences. we also like that she went above and beyond to get us samples of the choices we wanted. They were out of one sample we wanted but she went to her manager and they were able to dig in the back for the sample we wanted. Highly recommend Molly at MSI, one of the best people in the industry I’ve met

We just got these counter tops a year ago and they are already chipping. Quartz is not supposed to chip like this. Pretty disappointed because this place isn’t cheap.

This place is amazing. So many choices. The worktop we liked was not on display and in less than 5 mins they pulled one out of the back so we could view the whole sheet.Staff are very helpful and very friendly.

Great experience friendly staff

This is the 5th stone company I have been to and by far some of the most attentive staff work here. I had the pleasure of working directly with Khan. His knowledge of their products available and stone in general is superb. He was able to address every concern I had with regarding what stone was best for my kitchen, Quartzite. Without Khans insight, my dream kitchen would not be coming together so beautifully. Thank you!

Excellent variety of tiles and slabs. Also the staff is very creative and gives very good inputs. We spent so many trips looking for the right material, but now it all looks great.

Fantastic selection of countertops and tile for any remodel job. Staff is friendly and helpful. During the Covid-19 crisis, they do require registration to enter. It is not obtrusive.

MSI has amazing selections! Corey was wonderful at helping us choose our initial floor tiles, shower tiles, and countertops & had wonderful design advice. We were a bit concerned when we found out our shower tiles were no longer available however Khan was the ultimate problem solver and helped us to find a gorgeous tile to fit our needs & got these delivered ASAP to keep our project on track!! 5 star service, we will absolutely be back. Thank you!!

There is no way to get through on the phones you call the main number continuously and voicemail answer and then it says sorry but voicemail is full and cannot accept more calls try back later. So In all of my paperwork there is no mentioned of picking hours being from 8-10 am on Saturdays. After driving 50 miles when gas is over $4.00 a gallon they refused to release my order because it was 10:25. Not very good customer service.

I have used this location many times. I have to say that my experience has been phenomenal. All of the staff exceed expectations. They have a great selection of products that are displayed extremely well.Dont hesitate to visit their beautiful showroom.

Terrible customer service.After coming and talking to sale’s personI called to confirm the price. Before coming to make the purchase.The lady who answer the phone said we don’t share prices with home owners. Have your contractors call us.She hang up the phone on me before I get to respond.

As a general contractor I have worked with numerous quartz, tile, LTV vendors, hands down this is the best vender Ive worked with. When I come in I feel like Im the only one in the place as they drop whatever theyre doing to serve my needs, when I send clients in to pick up material I get an email all of what they want which makes my life incredibly easy, the ease of ordering products is awesome I am a paperless company and all their invoices and orders and pay by email is just so easy, Dharmesh, please let your staff know that I am grateful for their help.

Do yourself a favor and make sure you purchase all your tiling and countertop products @ MSI San Diego through your designer and/or contractor. Guaranteed you will not be disappointed! Really cant say enough good things about Dharmesh and his crew!! We had an extraordinary amount of chipped, unusable travertine tiles in our order and Dharmesh personally dealt with my contractor, Precision Home Design and me. The situation was rectified in a very timely manner so my floors could be completed without delay. Hes truly a professional gentleman with very high standards that are reflected by his entire staff.

I just finished remodeling my kitchen and our cabinet company (J and J Cabinets) sent us up to MSI showroom to look at the quartz countertops and pick out some tile for the backsplash. We had narrowed down the selection with samples in the cabinet showroom and our cabinet designer told us to go see the bigger slabs prior to purchase so we could make sure before we ordered the slabs that we liked them. It was nice to be able to go and see the movement of the material before we bought the big pieces and we did actually end up picking a slightly different material once we saw the full size. The showroom was very clean and definitely had a lot to look at. Our cabinet design had told us they would not give us pricing or anything at the showroom so I knew what to expect and he told us to pick out what we liked and to pick a few options and then he would get us the exact pricing. They did give us price groups so we knew if the material was high, middle, or low. This is a great place to go and look around and see a lot of different options in one place, tile, countertops, granite, quartz, flooring tile, etc. The building was a little hard to find the first time we went, it is located just off Miramar road but behind the other main buildings right off the road.
