I took on my tiny kitchen remodel project with the help of Prefab Granite. Angel was wonderful to work with as my primary contact. He kept me informed and was prompt at returning my calls and messages. Osmar and his crew, who did my kitchen countertop demo and install, were prompt, polite and very tidy! They left my kitchen sparkling. The tile installer did a fabulous job, too. I chose a delicate glass tile that I would have totally fed up if I tried to do the backsplash myself. The tiles were so straight that I was able to use them as a guide to level my outlet covers.Even though I have a mini kitchen, I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently the crew was able to demo the old countertops and get the new ones in, all in one day.The shop has a lot of countertop and tile selections, and I liked that there are examples of finished kitchens so that I could get a better idea of what the products looked like together; it did help me make some decisions. Also, Angel was able to guide me in the process as I took this on as general contractor and basically subcontracted all the work myself. Ive done other home upgrades with other contractors in the past, so I am confident in my judgement of the quality of work performed. Prefab Granite did an excellent jobIf I get around to doing my bathrooms, I will definitely go back to Prefab Granite. Very easy to work with. Thank you! I love my kitchen.

We had our kitchen remodeled recently by Prefab Granite Depot. Initially we worked closely with Weis and Martha who helped us design our new kitchen and entertainment area, and later worked with Ally who followed up with the daily progress of the work. We were very happy with the end result. Riccardo who put the cabinets together did an amazing job especially with the built in entertainment cabinet that had to be custom made. Before you decide to go anywhere for your kitchen or bathroom remodel give Prefab Granite Depot a visit. You will be glad that you did. We will definitely come back for any future remodels.

The overall experience was positive. The owner worked closely with us and took the time to follow up with us after the installation. The designer, Martha, was professional and personable. The quality of the cabinets and countertops was very good, and an excellent value for the dollar. The cabinet installer, Ricardo, was skilled and a pleasure to work with. We have used Prefab Granite Depot for stone counter tops on several of our value centered projects. They have a beautiful showroom and a friendly staff that listens to us! Imagine that! I have found their work to be superior to others that offer pre-fab counters, and they have a good selection of natural stone as well as quartz product. You have some limitations working with prefab product and that is to be expected. If you are looking to save some money and still get a good product that you can be proud of, I recommend them without hesitation.

We have had a complete kitchen remodel that went so well we came back when we needed a new counter and sink in our laundry room. Both projects went exactly as expected, on time and looking great for a very reasonable price. We are now in the process of having a new storage system installed in another room, so that will be our 3rd time as a repeat customer. Highly recommended.

I was building a custom outdoor kitchen and I knew I didnt want to mess with a granite countertop on my own. These guys did a great job with the measurements and install. My measurements werent always plumb, but they got the proper outline and shape so everything fit perfectly.

I purchased a Z-Line cooktop through Granite Depot. They gave me a great price and ordered it promptly. The cooktop took longer to arrive than planned, but other than that the process went well, the Granite Depot staff were helpful, and I got a great value for what I paid.

A friend refered Prefab to me and I would do the same. My granite they installed on my grill island looks beautiful. We also got the best price in town on our stacked stone panels.

A large store, easy to find but with far too much work to help anybody. I was on their floor for 45 minutes and they were unable to even say hello. Im not sure whether they are busy or whether the apparently anemic fashion show refugee that seems to run the place was just too tired and exhausted to attempt to get any of the $25,000 budget I had today. Granite can be expensive, it is what it is, but theyre not going to get any of my money and I dont suggest you probably want to take yours there. It has the feeling of a snake oil or used car dealership. Theyve got granite in there, and theyve got people doing high pressure sales once theyve got someone sat down in front of a table.Of course they didnt even have that opportunity with me, because the tired, anorexic, emo dude was just too busy sitting around.

I highly recommend Prefab Granite Depot. They just completed installation of cabinets and countertops on a new build project. Everything looks amazing! Plus the team was great to work with. Martha has a great design eye and was excellent in providing customer service throughout the process. Waiss did a great job in designing the cabinets to provide maximum storage space! Miguel and the team are professional installers who did quality work for an on time and complete job. They even cleaned up and kept our job site looking great! All true professionals. Awesome experience!My partner and I walked in and were greeted by Clara- she let us walk around the showroom at our own pace and take a look at all of the materials. I never felt rushed or like anyone was trying to get me to buy anything. I think the owner came up and gave us some suggestions based on our cabinet colors which was really helpful! We picked two materials that we liked best and she made us an estimate for both based on the measurements I brought in. She gave us some free samples of the two materials to bring home so we could make sure it matched the floors. That afternoon I gave her a call, gave the down payment, and scheduled construction! The turn around was quick, about two weeks. She also sent us the itemized invoice, so there werent any surprises. Its a little extra to have sinks/faucets installed and for a second floor installation. She asked me to come in when I could to pick out the exact slabs that I wanted.She gave me a call the day before construction to remind me to have sinks on site and let me know when to expect the contractors. The day of demo and construction, the contractors were on time and the official measurements were taken. It turns out my measurements were off, so there wasnt enough material to complete the bathroom. Clara was super helpful and found some remnants that were similar to the stone we wanted to save us some money, but she ended up going out of her way to get us a great deal for material that we originally wanted. That said, they should probably have an actual expert come out and measure before you pick the material...I had put this off for so long because I didnt want to organize buying material, finding contractors and plumbers to do this, Clara and Prefab Granite Depot has made the whole process easy even when I messed up the original measurements. The countertops are absolutely beautiful!!After seeing some other reviewers having issues with the seams, Im attaching pics of the seams on my counters. Idk I think they mine look fine, Im not normally up close staring at them, but there are definitely imperfections. Maybe they needed to slow down and spend more time polishing or something. The actual fabricators that installed them were not super friendly and completed everything in one long af day too, so didnt spend as much time on quality. Other than imperfect seams, which tbh I never notice, and the material shortage issue though, Ive had them for about 8-9 months now and I LOVE THEMOne last thing - I think Ive seen reviews from people that are confused about the pricing, prices are per square foot, but you have to buy the whole slab. You cant just buy the chunk you need. Thats where Clara hooked it up for me for the remaining bathroom material, she was able to get me a half slab, instead of me having to buy the whole thing. Not sure how she was able to do that but maybe they had a damaged piece on hand or something and I lucked out!

These people do a fantastic job! They are organized, efficient and reasonable. Martha was especially helpful, handling my project from start to finish. The cost was 60% of my previous kitchen remodel three years ago. From start to finish my project took only 5-6 weeks. Anyone who’s work with a contractor before knows that’s a really great time frame. I highly recommend these folks.

They completely did my kitchen and the 3 bathrooms right from Cabinets, Granite countertops, Sinks and etc.. Did an amazing work. Great quality and they have extensive varieties to chose from. They were always available for any questions. I will highly recommend them anytime.

A 2 week job took over a month after lack of stock. contractors seemed rushed and didnt really care about details. They tried to collect payment before everything was done. One contractor never showed up on multiple occasions and only worked after 5:30pm. After trying to get them to fix things that werent done I ended up hiring another contractor to finish many things properly (drywall was the biggest issue). I wont be using them again.

Several years ago I had the majority of my kitchen completely rebuilt by Prefab Granite Depot due to a water leak. I recently had family visit from out out town. They hadnt seen my new kitchen and commented on how much they liked it. I take it for granted everyday because I see it every day, but I LOVE my kitchen.

Countertops were done quickly and we were very happy.

Went to prefab since they had high reviews on Google. The staff on the floor were not super friendly, but we were able to schedule a counter top install very fast. We were able to choose the slab that day, although they were all stacked up against each other so we couldnt see it very well. On install day it was quick. However we later noticed one of their cuts was more than 3 inches off and ruined our whole symmetry. Extremely disappointed, and upset. Also they marked the other sinks center and left behind a line. And drilled a hole into our new vanity.Went in to talk to the owner on Saturday, they agreed that it would need to be redone. We got a call later that day that they could do it Sunday. We are extremely grateful for this as they are usually closed on Sundays. They removed the old slab and cut a new one and installed.We understand accidents happen and are relieved to know that pre Fab owned up and fixed their mistakes with no pushback and with urgency and care

We bought a remnant piece for a laundry room counter. Prefab Granite Depot held the piece while we coordinated with another company to install cabinets (which took a very long time during Covid). PGD then brought the slab to our home, cut the backsplash and sink, polished and installed the granite. It looks perfect and they cleaned up after themselves. Extremely positive experience!

We used Prefab twice. Once 12 yrs ago and again last year. Been extremely satisfied both times. Their selection was great. We went in with a plan from a previous company we were working with. When we sat down with the sales person he had added cabinets we did not ask for and upgraded the cabinets to add to the cost. At no time did he discuss this with us or show us why the upgraded cabinets were a better choice. Up selling at its worst!

I had a kitchen remodel done by Prefab Granite a few years back. They did a great job at a great price point. The previous kitchen built during the construction boom in the 80s had lots of issues. The stove was so close to the turn in the countertop that the drawer around the corner from the stove ran into the oven handle when the drawer was opened. The only way to open the drawer completely was to open the oven door first. The upper cabinets were so shallow that a normal dinner plate didnt fit. There was no pantry and not much storage at all. The original upper cabinets were not equidistant from the bay window over the sink. And for some reason the wall that abuts the right end of the cabinets where the bay window in the nook starts was not as deep as a normal base cabinet. That meant that if a normal base cabinet was put there, it would stick out about 4-5 from the wall.The designer at Prefab Granite fixed all of that and even made room for a lazy susan next to the stove. Installation went great. Prefab workers showed up on time and got it done without any glitches. It looked great (see photo). I was very pleased with the final results.

I have passed by Prefab many times in the twenty I was going to the Naval base so I thought that I would give the a try for my home remodel. The remodel did have a few hick-ups. I am sure any remodel will. But Prefab had a great team of professional that did and outstanding job. My master bath stands out the most it looks like a 5 star hotel bathroom. Martha the sales rep was outstanding any time there was an issue or a problem to be resolved she always was available to handle and field my calls. If you need to do and type of room upgrade or remodel you will not go wrong by letting the Prefab team do it for you. Call Martha let her help you pick out your colors and materials. Just completed my 2 bathroom vanities and my linen closet. Both came out great. There were a couple of measurement issues (probably because the original measure was done a year before) but it was taken care of promptly. Would definitely recommend!

Best way to get reasonably priced countertops without a contractor. Most places that sell slabs ask that homeowners have a contractor and then the slab vendor sells to the contractor who then installs. Prefab Granite cuts out the contractor BUT you HAVE to have very correct drawings and measurements of the space where you need countertops. It worked well for us. New countertops are BEAUTIFUL!

I highly recommend Prefab Granite Depot. What a nice choice of flooring they have! I love my tiles made in Italy who look likes wood. Modern, gorgeous. My kitchen is beautiful. They have a large choice of granite and the owner, Waiss is very knowledgeable on his work. He gave us nice ideas how to have our dream kitchen; I love it. We have it for over a year nice and it is still in great condition; looks like new.

**Potential Buyer Beware**Prefab Granite Depot did not complete a job contracted to do. At first, they wanted to charge me the whole amount since they assumed the work was completed. I had to notify them this was inaccurate, which is a complete lack of sub-contractor oversight / Quality Assurance on their part. Their option to me was to charge me additional labor/materials to complete the job which I declined since at that point I just wanted a fair adjustment. After unnecessary amount of time and hassle, they finally agreed to adjust the balance to resemble their actual completed work.

We’ve used them twice. Son’s kitchen and we used them for our kitchen in Scripps Ranch. Love my new kitchen.

Local autoshop and auto part store. Theres only one mechanic (hes good) so it gets busy fast. Had my breaks replaced and it took them about an hour because they had to bring in the parts from another branch and the cost is a bit lower than the states

The company installed full kitchen black galaxy granite for me.Unfortunately one of the stones had visible scratch from the factory, which they tried to polish out but it is very hard if possible at all to polish defects on black galaxy granite.However the installers removed the defective stone when it was obvious the fix is not going to work. Kudos for taking responsibility for the defect.

These people were amazing to deal with. From our first encounter when we randomly walked in off the street, to the install when they came all the way to SanDiego to accommodate us, they couldn’t have been more professional. I would recommend them without hesitation. The price was well below the 4 other bids we got and the workmanship from fabrication to install was all we hoped for and more.
