My experience has turned out to be bordering on disastrous. I don’t know if Pelletier is just not knowledgeable about La Cantina windows (product I purchased) or if they are flat out lying to get me to go away. At the very beginning of my process I visited the La Cantina Factory & it was there I was provided with exact factory verbiage to be used to place my order. This information was provided to my Pelletier Rep, Nick, with details regarding where the window was going at my home so what I was ordering was in fact correct/acceptable. Now, all of a sudden I am being told the sales rep at La Cantina misled me. We are on the second window & I am not requesting replacement but a fix & no cooperation.
