When I called, he seemed quite rude and dismissive and wrote me off simply because in his words, I do 99% commercial” which is ironic because I happen to be calling on behalf of a business. I got straight to the point and all I said was “I needed an estimate for a sliding glass door” He also said he’s booked like a week out, which the other places I called are also booked for the next two weeks, but it was also the way he said it. Called about glass only orders and said only commercial and literally just hung up on me before I got to finish my sentence, if the business is ran how the phones are handled then they still have much to learn about basic customer service.

Was referred to contact them for glass repair and gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional.
