I needed some stucco coloring, and when I arrived it was at the end of the day and they had it setup for having to wear a mask and to keep your 6ft distance from the cashier which I liked, they took my order and sent it to the back all this in about 15 minutes.

HORRIBLE customer service!! We drive in and someone directs us on where to park... so we go where the man tells us to... then as soon as we get out, that same man says, “can you park over there... I need that drywall in front of your car” what?! Then we go inside to pick up a rare item that they told us they currently have in stock when we called earlier. We only needed two, we were told there was 40 in stock. We get inside and don’t see it on the shelf. So we ask the man at the counter, and he said uhh.. it’s not there? No, we called earlier and we were told there’s 40 in stock. Yeah, I remember that call.... huh all I can say is I guess the inventory is wrong. The box where it should have been was right over the counter. He didn’t even try to make sure they had it before telling us he did. No apology. Didn’t care at all that we drove out there for no reason. Zero effort in customer service. I highly recommend not coming here. Worst customer service!!

Im a truck driver and it takes a while to unload here. The yard is to small and they can only unload one truck at a time. Not good when we are using ELDs.
