When in yesterday evening and receive great service from young lady Dolores. She was very attentive to my needs and met my expectations. She was very nice and walked me through the whole sell. Will definitely be recommending and will come back to her for any further inquires.

I activated service with Jacky back in January 2021.I received and amazing service gave me a great bundle with my purchase. Months later I came back and she was super patient with my issue her customer service is beyond she went out of her way to call cs for me and resolve my issues on the spot. I would highly recommend this location ...

This store is a HUGE rip off. They say bundle when in reality you are paying for the accessories and when you tell them you dont need them the sales representative Jacky pushes you to take them and tries to distract you with irrelevant conversations about her kids. I should be able to buy my device with or without the accessories unless its metros policies which I really doubt.

Went there yesterday to get 5 new lines and 5 new phones. After spending about an hour picking out phone and trying to cancel my Verizon account. the girl working there then informed me that I am required to buy $60 of her accessories ON EACH PHONE or she would not sell the phones to me. I obviously left immediately and went to a more honest and up front store. Dont waste your time with these crooks.

Went in and the lady at the retail sales floor greeted me. I thought great, I will get good service. Waited 15 minutes, no one else spoke to me even as I walked out. A simple, Ill right with you would been just fine with me. Will not come back again, sorry.

Jacky gave me the best customer service and she was extra helpful with teaching me how to use my device.

Poor customer store service and does not respond well with manners all the co-workers and workers that work there have no respect for customers when they call during or over the phone or even at the store these people that work here need to be fired and have new customers they responded with you people that work there because honestly they have no respect whatsoever for the elderly nor do they have any respect for anyone that goes there so please I would like to make a note that anyone that goes there please make any report of anyone that does not behave or act properly the way theyre supposed to thank you very much Powers comes numbers and if we can get these people to be more respectful a whole lot more better for this country and for ourselves as customers to MetroPCS

The plan they put in is very slow, hire the unlimited one and in just 2 days you suffer from delays throughout the network and also it comes with suspicious apps that in another device you dont seeI hope and change network very soon or improve it
