Hi Don/BenitoWe are from Industeqsite, chennai India and have imported TRY 100 joystick recently for one of the project. Our requirement is TRY 10 and u have shipped TRY 100, updated product claiming to drop in replacement. On assy, we find our OS recognizes TRY 100 as three peripherals namely joystick, kboard and Mouse and with the result, not compatible with the firmware of the project. we have written many mails from our Purchase dept and recd no response. Yesterday, tried to call ur number many time, but no one to pick up the call. as a customer, we feel P3 America is not responsive and unfit to be in busines especially dealing with customers. Can any one respond to this??rgdskk
