Always fun going into a Bose store. seeing the latest and greatest stuff that Bose has to offer always amazes me. There staff are always readily available to help you out with anything you need. As for there products I think they are amazing. while audiophiles will always argue against bose I think they have a fantastic sound signature

Bought ear plugs- best sound!!

We went in to see whether we could exchange the Bose headset and their systems were down. However, Itzel was kind enough to give the technical Helpdesk number which we could call in to get the support required. They have a nice showroom and almost all the product demos are available at the outlet.

Walked in to look around.None of the staff even looked up to say hello or interact with me.....but...I didBuy a Solo Base 5...so far i like it but I will have to see if the sound quality convinces me. This is not a $100 speaker so satisfaction is a must.$40 cheaper than ebay. Which makes me feel like i came up on a deal.The staff probably didnt think i was going to buy anything which explains the lack of customer service....boo!!

My husband and I visited the Bose store at Las Americas Premium Outlet and the staff there (Itzel Herrera) was so helpful. We had bought 2 sets of Bose Soundsport at another outlet for a higher price and Itzel advised us on the 90 days of price difference and assisted us to refund the difference at her store as the price was slightly lower at that time. We were so amazed at her excellent service. Thanks Itzel!!

Assisted by the store manager Verenice, who was pretty rude & gave poor customer service. My husband and I were simply looking for a universal remote for our bose system (as we have very many bose products - its his favorite brand).Not sure why she gave us so much attitude. My husband and I were kinda just looking at each crazy. I could be wrong but her co worker Carlos almost looked embarrassed by the experience as well. Anyways we left the store not wanting to purchase anything or even look around but it kept bothering me so I called the store to speak with a supervisor to share my experience & I was sad to hear that she was the store manager. Again, she was kinda snobbish over the phone, interrupting me and reminding me that they did not have the product I was looking for, even though my call had absolutely nothing to do with looking for a product. My advice.... if u need customer service.... get help from Carlos!

I had a pair of headphones that I had bought around a year ago online that had some parts break, and the representatives at this store were extremely friendly and replaced them in no time for me! Honestly best customer service experience Ive ever had!

The worst experience I´ve ever had at a Bose Store.Some employees stick to you and try to sell you something when you just wanna stay a few minutes and LISTEN the speakers. But appears that they don´t believe ley the equipment speak for themselves policy.The only thing left to say is: hey guy, buy something here or get your a** out of here!The only reason I bought my SoundTouch 10 on that store was the lower price compared to Fashion Valley Store.

Cheap headphones. The cashier talked on her phone for about 30 minutes, so the service is not too good but I got a few headphones from this store
