They have the worst product support & call center service ive ever used. In my case the problems were:*LED TV Failed for no apparent reason in the 5th month of barely using it*Mexicos call center service is lame, every call you have to wait aprox 30 mins for someone to take it*They sent a wrong shipping order initially, i had to call again for a new one*Theres no communication with client relative to your service status, ive just knew my tv arrived their facilities due to FEDEX.*Its been a month and a half since they have my TV, i called today and the said me Uhh sorry sirIm very dissapointed about Polaroid products from now onManuel Rodríguez
Nose if the mark that is bad, and customer service to customers in Mexico, particularly in Mexico City, the worst since April 08 Im waiting for a screen change because it was defectouosa, and we are in July, if already discontinued the model, at least make the refund, never buy products from this brand, terrible, terrible.

My Polaroid Smart TV internet card was supposedly faulty, and they committed that it would be 4 to 6 months order 56391, this in TEA in San Nicolas Nuevo Leon, in TEA says that Mexico Diamonds, does not send the order, Mexico says I send it on September 8. Finally we go in week 8 and still can not replace a card the size of a usb, a pessimistic service and give no consistent reasons.
I do not know if my Polaroid table came out from here but here in Mexico it is pity the service did not repair it or anything at all or talk thank you sometimes you win sometimes you lose
Terrible customer service, ONE YEAR AND 3 MONTHS have passed since I requested the application of a POLAROID device and I have not changed the device.
