I came into this fastenal for a quickie stop to get some screws I really needed and while the customer service was professional I left unsatisfied. This hardware store is not helpful for a guy trying to do things individually without company, meaning they only sell to buisness accounts(since October I was told). If you need any special screws or other hardware items youre best off ordering from McMaster, and if you need those screws in the morning like I did then I strongly suggest you visit Marshalls Industrial Hardware in Miramar, their hardware always delivers.

I literally have no reason to go to Home Depot or Lowes again, and I could not be more excited about that! The products are better quality, the prices are lower, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is organized. I called up this location needing some high strength metric bolts after failing to find them at Lowes. They knew exactly what I was talking about, and they had them up front when I came into the store and I didnt even ask them them to do that! I was in and out in 2 minutes. Plus, the bag of 10 grade 8 bolts was like $3, and a bag of 2 non - graded bolts was $2 at lowes. Best experience buying fasteners ever, theyve made a life - long customer out of me.

I visited this store to avoid going to Lowes based on the other reviewers comments. Buyer beware this is nothing close to a Home Depot or Lowes. Its a VERY small specialty hardware store specializing in fasteners they have a pathetic paint and tool area. The prices were considerably more than Home Depot or Lowes and many of the products, drill bits, chisels etc have been on the shelf so long they were rusty. People were professional but I had to go to Lowes.

7am-9am business hours is extremely inconvenient.

These guys are terrible, went into store to get some 3/8 nuts and bolts, they only had a pack of 10 left and would not separate, I had over $ 300 of stuff I left on counter and walked out, worst customer service ever

I ordered a small amount of hardware that they had in stock at another location. They told me it was guaranteed to arrive the next day. It arrived two days later and they still charged me shipping. Their guarantees mean nothing.
