Super nice staff and helpful people

I was quite suprised, the outside had me second guessing, but the store is a hidden gem. They double checked to make sure sizes were correct and once they gathered all the bolts they labeled the bags with the size, type and my name! They were super polite, multiple people asked if I had been assisted to make sure I wasnt waiting. Without a doubt a great place!

Hayes Bolt and Supply is fantastic! I was impressed upon entering this little hidden gem upon entrance. I was greeted instantaneously by everyone in the store and smiling faces. A young women addressed my concerns without hesitation and then within 2 minutes Craig Kozeluh solved my problem, it was literally that easy. Stores like this are hard to come by, keep it up guys!

They are on lock down so had to call in the order and they brought it out to my vehicle. Staff was very friendly and the order was spot on.
