Precision Garage Door installed our garage door over 20 years ago and weve had a few minor repairs over the years. We called today to have it inspected after I backed up into the door before it was fully open. Gabriel arrived and said the door didnt need to be replaced. He recommended that the springs and rollers be replaced as they are the originals from 1997. Gabriel was courteous, efficient and the door opens and closes more quietly than it has in years. We are extremely pleased.

Great service when my Moms garage door stopped working. The tech arrived less than two hours after I called for the appointment. He wasnt able to find anything wrong with the door (it wouldnt roll down with the remote), but checked all of the battery remotes, sensors, etc, to make sure all was good. His suspicion is that the angle of the sun is causing the sensor to be blinded, causing the opener to reverse when it tries to close, thinking there is an obstruction. And, best of all, he did not charge for the service visit since he didnt repair anything, which was appreciated. We originally had the roll-up door installed by Precision Door a bit over two years ago, which is why we called them for the repair. Two visits, and two exceptional experiences. Highly recommend Precision Door for new installs or repairs. Fair price, great service, what more can you ask for? Thank you!!

Jim Myer came at my request to repair my garage opener, which had completely failed. Within minutes he had identified the problem (It was me). After all was repaired and my car was paired to the system, I was told it was not a big deal and there would be no charge. I fainted! Here we were with a broken/half closed garage door on a Sunday night as my husband is recovering from a stroke. Mark, our technician, was punctual, polite, and very professional. He wasnt successful in finding replacement window trim from Wayne Dalton (discontinued item), but was able to remove the trim without it affecting the glass integrity/safety itself. He removed the rest of the window trims. We found the glass windows to be secure without the trim. A little Windex on the glass and the door looks like new! No charge for the service call. Mark knows his business very well! It was a pleasure to have him here to help us! If we ever have any problems with the garage door, we have Precision Garage Doors number handy and will call them first!

I ordered the door from precision garage several months ago. Due to covid the door took time to arrive . Precision Door kept me updated on progress with regular emails. When I called they were friendly and gave updates on progress. The day the door was to be installed I received email and text reminding me of the appointment. A picture and name was sent to me of the person installing the door . Jesse called and asked if he could come early . He arrived and installed the door in less than 1 hour . I called on a Sunday, albeit I imagine I was a bit lucky had a tech come out to meet me within 20 minutes! Chasen was very knowledgeable, was able to help troubleshoot why our sensors kept becoming misaligned making us unable to close the garage door, made recommendations and serviced our garage door. I opted to change our rollers, as ours didn’t have bearings and were made from a cheap plastic material. Once they were changed and tuned, the door opened and closed much smoother and quieter! We just purchased the home and hadn’t set up our outdoor garage door code and wasn’t sure how, and without asking Chasen offered and successfully reset everything and connected our remotes and my phone app to my Liftmaster.He was very pleasant, honest, reliable and easy to work with.
