Best Garage Door Company! I had an emergency, one of my garage door springs snapped. This prevented my garage door from opening and allowing me to pull out my car. I had to act fast because this occurred on my way to work. I called Rockstar Garage Door Services, and was immediately scheduled for repair. No less than 30 minutes after the call, Luis and Guillermo showed up. They manually opened my garage door allowing me to pull out my car. After pulling out my car, I went inside to finish getting ready for work. No sooner than I was finished, Luis informed me that the repair was successfully completed. I had good experiences with this company the first two times— first to install an automated garage door opener, and then to install an emergency unlock hole for when the power source to the garage was out.This time I called to change the key code. I asked if I they could tell me how to do it myself. I’ve already spent close to $700 with this company, so I thought they might give me support over the phone. Nope. The person on the phone told me a tech needed to come out. Ryan charged $100 and made my mom do it herself “for muscle memory.” $100 to change the code when he literally had my mom do it herself?Pretty disappointed.

The 20 year old spring on our garage door broke on Monday 3/15/21. I ran Google searches, and read the reviews both good and bad from four garage door repair companies. I decided to take a gamble on this local garage door service that had a 5 star rating, but only 390 reviews. I called them around 2:45pm, was given a fair estimate, and asked for the first available appointment, since I wasnt able to lift the door by myself to get my car out. My appointment was around 5pm, however I received a call from their Tech Rick at 3:30pm who asked if it would be ok if he arrived at 4pm. YES! Rick arrived at 4pm, and gave me his assessment of what needed to be done. I took his advice to replace the broken spring with two new springs for no additional labor charge, so in about 10 -15 years when one of these springs breaks, the other spring will allow me to open the door to get the car out. Then Ill be able to schedule the repair at the most convenient time. I justified the cost of getting the additional spring since I got a double lifetime out of the original spring, plus in the future I wont have the stress of a trapped car. Rick removed the broken spring, installed the 2 new springs, lubed the springs and garage door wheels, and tuned up our garage door opener...all in 45 minutes! Rick was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. All in all an excellent experience at a fair price. Rick definitely earned a 5 star rating.

These guys were great, came out and fixed the immediate problem of the door not going down. Then were quickly able to replace it, and one of the guys came out after to confirm the job was done to our satisfaction. Probably wont ever need them again, but if I do will definitely give them a call.

Rockstar Garage Doors was amazing. Our garage door opener finally broke after being over 20 years old. They offered to come out the evening it broke. They came out the next day, called when they were on their way and replaced it perfectly. He even had to run back to the shop to get another one that fit so the garage door wouldn’t hit the track. On Labor Day we had a roller come off our garage door. Not only did they answer the phone, but they had Guillermo out in 2 hours. He replaced all the worn rollers, inspected the springs and in an hour he had gotten everything aligned and working perfectly, and quietly!He was also super careful of our classic Chevy in the garage. It was trapped by the off-track door. I highly recommend Rockstar Garage Door. They dont upsell you, they really know what they are doing and their service is reasonably priced.

Great customer service! I called them on Saturday afternoon and within an hour Rick arrived to assess the damage to our garage door which was stuck after it was accidentally knocked off the track. He managed to safely bring the garage door down. Meanwhile, we ordered a replacement door which arrived a day earlier than promised. Also pointed out the motor belt had too much slack, and went ahead and adjusted at no extra charge, explaining exactly why it needed to be tighter. Great guys, great service!

Awesome service! My garage door broke on Sunday morning (of course). I couldn’t open the door manually so now both my cars were held hostage inside the garage. RockStar Garage Door was awesome! I called and the same day someone came out to look at our garage door. They wanted to fix it that day but no one could come, so two days later we got it fixed. The technician was super nice and helped us set up the WiFi app as well. If you need a garage door fixed this is the company. We had a to get a new motor and new emergency key, $650.

I called Rockstar yesterday when my garage door wouldnt open. They picked up the phone right away and when I described the broken spring I was assured their technician had the part needed on his truck. Since we couldnt get our cars out he called the field and rerouted a tech who appeared in around 15 minutes. Lucky he was finishing another job and was nearby. He had the replacement spring and suggested I replace both springs, the 10 rollers and several cracked hinges. Although the charge was much more than just one spring I was totally convinced of his integrity and had him do the works. It was worth every penny to have a much quieter and balanced door. He also instructed me on what to occasionally lubricate and also corrected me on what NOT to Lubricate in the future.

He was incredibly meticulous and very systematic in all phases. Paying close attention to all details. The job was clean and the system functions perfectly. We had one small glitch; one panel had been damaged in shipment. Jesse was able to temporarily repair the panel and install it, providing full functionality. Rockstar was AMAZING! They got an appointment booked soon after I request an estimate (I sent them a message at 9:15am and they had some schedule to be there between 10-12. When Ryan got there he was friendly and professional and knew what he was doing. He had our garage door working in 10-15 min. I doubt I will have issues with my garage door for a long time but if/when I do they will be the only company I’ll call.

Now I understand why so many 5 star reviews. Our old door - 34 yrs old & heavy - was getting more and more difficult to operate. Sometimes closing too hard and reversing- other times jamming about a foot up when trying to open - plus noisy etc. And due to a slight slope in our garage floor, the door did not close completely on the lower end. Our first thought was to just have it serviced. Jesse from Rockstar came out knowing that servicing it was most likely, but we also wanted information about a new door.He gave us what we Felt was a balanced view of our two options (tune or replace). No attempt to sell us either way. He even pointed out what he thought was causing the problems. FYI I was in sales for 45 years and know the difference between a fair presentation of options and a slanted one. We decided to go all new feeling that after 35 years the old door would continue to need routine work and the newer features of a new door and motor appealed to us.Door measured, options chosen and door ordered. We were fine with a 1 week turnaround due to our schedule. Rockstar could have responded more quickly. On the day of the installation Jesse called us about 30 minutes before his arrival so we knew when he’d arrive. To keep this short, Jesse was knowledgeable, hardworking, patient with all of our questions, listened and responded to our requests, and installed a door that works beautifully. Quiet, smooth, closes completely with a good bottom seal.I’m sure there are other good companies out there, but based on our experience with Rockstar and Jesse, we know we made a great choice.

Jesse, the installer, was late but called well in advance to let me know he was running behind. He arrived and changed the door and all attachments in no time. He was very nice and professional. All the reviews are totally true. Good experience from start to finish.

Great service again - I had a tune up done on my garage door that probably has never had a tune up before. The tech stayed for a good while to make sure that the door was working as well as possible and showed me what he was doing every step of the way. Still a happy customer!
