I have used Access for 15 years. I would never use anyone else for my garage door. Their service is phenomenal! I still have the motor for my garage I got years ago and its working beautifully. The other day the springs on my garage door broke after 20 years. They were at my house right away to help me get my cars out and the new springs were in that morning and the door is as good as new! You wont find better service and quality work!

I dont usually write a review for a service company, because I believe they should provide great service to their clients.However when the service provided goes a little further than what I signed up for, I believe that is worth a strong word of support.Rick helped me program both my wife and my cars to open and close the doors using the vehicle software rather than using a ugly remote attached to the sun visor.This took time, but he was patient and so helpful, which was very much appreciated by both my wife and I. That little extra help from Access I believe separates the company from the Also Rans

The company service as extremely responsive, courteous, clean and they came to our home on time with a service tech who found and correctly the problem. We would highly recommend this company.

I was extremely impressed with the speed at which Access arrived at my home -- within 15 minutes of my calling to report an emergency situation with a failure in my garage door opener. The service call was friendly and efficient and the problem was solved quickly. The cost was higher than I expected; however, I didnt mind as Access handled this emergency situation so quickly. It was worth it. I would definitely recommend this company to friends.

This company is bad. Very bad. would not call them for anything. would not even let these people near your home. High pricing, and poor quality work. o, and they dont do what they say they are going to do either. overall bad experience. do not call them!!!!! send your money to another company that deserves it.

Installed a new garage door for almost $10 grand 4 years ago. Now it has a problem, and they are refusing to come and service it because it is in Temecula. BFD. I drive from Temecula to San Diego every day to go to work, along with thousands of other people. Thanks for nothing.

Wonderful people and knowledgeable staff

My garage door was not working but the motor was engaging. I called up this company for their immediate garage door repair. The representative got the control panel replaced and had the wires checked in less than an hour! He was pretty thorough to tell you the truth!

Great reliable service, showing up on time work quick analyze the problem and fix it and in the process checked all other parts of the door work well. I called him this morning we scheduled for 1pm, they showed up 1:00 and were very nice with a reasonable price
