My 1st time selling a gift card. However, the gentleman was very polite & down to business. DO NOT scratch the code off the back of your giftcard/s And its best to have the receipt or receipt/s for the cards, or you could run into a problem. You get back 50% of the value on the card. This is the place to come in all of San Diego to cash in unused gift cards. I have been coming here since 2016 and have always got more money back then I first thought. ☝🏼 Andy is one of the managers and he’s great always give me the best price and I’m sure he’ll give you the best price as well!!

I love the gift card palace!!! I drive all the way there from North County every time I have a gift card to sell. Its bomb because its open 7 days a week, and it doesnt close until midnight. Thats so convenient compared to any other place that will buys them... they all close by 8-9pm and arent even open on Sundays. The employees at the gift card palace are second to none- theyre always cool and will make your visit a pleasant experience. In my opinion, they are hands down, the very best place to sell your gift cards!!!

This is a place thats worth stopping by! They have the best pay outs and their staff are super accommodating and friendly! I always do business with them because I can trust theyre going to give me the best deal out there :)

If you sell gift cards here be careful they tried to cheat me on 2 of my cards Had to go back in and get the rest of my money I suggest you keep track of what you give them because they give you no copy, no paper, no record at all. They take about 50% as their fees so be cautious

I went into exchange my gift card. The folks here are friendly and nice. They gave me guidance on what I should do.

I have far too many older relatives who insist on gifting me with gift cards on every qualifying occasion. As such, I have been selling unwanted gift cards for quite some time (this isnt my first rodeo). It wasnt until last week, after receiving a plethora of gift cards for a graduation, that I stumbled upon this place. What I can say is that now that I have, I will never go to another business to sell my gift cards. Not only were the employees pleasurable, but they offered me MUCH more than I have been accustomed to. While I still wish I could get 100% returns on the cards, this place certainly minimized the inevitable loss of selling gift cards to a point that feels maneagable. I even struck up a lengthy conversation with the employee helping me (I believe his name was Andy), and he offered me a complimentary bottle of water!P.S. - If you are reading this Andy, be assured that I will definitely be back!!!
