I’m a homeowner for a single family house. I had 1 window where the snap molding holding the window in was damaged. I called Mesa Glass out and they gave me a reasonable quote to do the work. They chose to remove the window to fix the snap molding and resealed around the window. Unfortunately, they didn’t bring enough snap molding to account for damaged molding. I sent them a picture with 9 places where the molding had cracks, breaks, and holes. They agreed to come out with a complete set of new molding and try again. They did just that and came out again. The problem appeared to be resolved, but a few days later I found the snap molding not holding. Now instead of having a gap at the bottom of my window, I had a gap at the top ( this would allow rain to come directly into our house). Again, I had someone from The company come out. They were ill prepared. The gave a diagnosis, but didn’t have the materials to do the work. He told me they’d contact me back when they get the materials to reschedule. I never heard from them. I was left with a large gap across the entire top of my window (exposing me to rain and water damage). Due to lack of response, I had to step in and perform the work myself. Very disappointing customer service and quality.

Scripps Mesa Glass is wonderful. We had a double pain window crack, and tried to get it replaced. No company would return my call until Scripps Mesa Glass. They answered, sent someone out to measure, and the window was fixed within about 2 weeks (we were not in a rush). Nancy is a pleasure to deal with. Call these guys if you need any of their services, you will not be dissapointed!

Did not provide an accurate inspection report for our contingency report. When called them to come and fix 2 days after we closed on the house the amount they were charging doubled. They had not even inspected all the windows and doors and said oops it can happen no regrets. Beware if you have to use them.

Everyone was polite and professional. They replaced our broken window same day within a couple hours of our call. Jesus installed the new window efficiently and was very professional. I highly recommend Scripps Mesa Glass.

I broke my bedroom window over the weekend. I needed a replacement ASAP, since my real estate agent booked a videographer on Tuesday. I called Scripps Mesa on Monday and their operator sent someone out the same day. Although, I was given a 2-hour window, they offered to have their tech call me 30 minutes out, so I could stay at work longer.

I called Scripps Mesa glass to help with a remodeling project and they did amazing job with custom mirror work and help with a piece of glass on my shower door. They are priced fairly and work quickly. They have a local warehouse so very good at completing the job ASAP.I would highly recommend them!
