I always have a great experience at any Ace Griffin hardware store. They always have very knowledgeable people there to help you with a project and usually different options in stock to help you get your job done.

This store is wonderful! Ive worked in large hardware stores and small mom and pop hardware stores in my early 20s. It wasnt until I became a homeowner that I found my love for ACE Hardware while living on the east coast. When I moved to California and came into this particular Ace hardware, I was floored by how awesome it was in the inside. The home decor section is amazingly huge, its nice and bright in the store, and the staff is amazing! Bravo to the workers who are always willing to go the extra mile and help out their customers! You can always tell when a business is run well and cares about its employees when they have happy and polite staff.

Chat with the staff, theyll help you with your projects. Very good compared to a bigger store.Something about the good ole way of how a Hardware operates. -This is all the good examples of how to operate.

I just had to make this review due to the simple fact that an employee named Melinda provided the highest level of service that I could possibly expect. I was hunting for a Weber Q Series Grill and to no avail, my disappointment in many other companies continuously occured this morning. I finally called Ace Hardware in 4S Ranch and to my benefit and surprise I had the most hospitable, helpful and friendly experience one could ever desire from a company employee when seeking a simple portable grill. I just want to applaud this employee, by the name of Melinda, and thank her for such great service. Ace Hardware has definitely earned my long-term business based on this customer experience alone.

I called Griffin Ace Hardware and they arranged for assembly and delivery within two days at a very competitive cost. Couldnt be happier the grill is ready to use!

My experience was poor to start. Placed an online order and received a phone call from some woman at the store speaking very quickly and didnt catch what she saying at first, so she gave me attitude. As I thanked her for calling, she hung up with a Bye!. Most decent people say Youre welcome.Reluctantly, I went to the store to pick up my items. I drove around back as instructed and a woman was outside who immediately brought my items out and I was on my way in less than a few minutes. Three stars for that and the fact the order was correct.I could have gone without the attitude to start my morning, so whoever called, slow down, your hurry and impatience should not be the customers problem.

I have found items in this Ace store that Home Depot and Lowes dont even stock; and not just once, but several times. There prices arent that much different on many items and the people at Ace are very helpful. I now find myself going to Ace first. You probably already know that the service at Home Depot sucks. Youre going to love shopping at Ace.

I like to go to this Ace Hardware because they always assist the customer the minute you enter the door. They point it to the aisle where you need to find the item that you are looking for. I think the price is a bit more expensive than Home Depot and Lowes. The saving is in the time and frustration not to wander around looking for the item that you need.

Hands down the best Ace Ive ever been too. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Plus, they always have cute local stuff thats local.

These guys are the best. Reliable, well stocked spacious clean brightly lit. Friendly professional knowledgeable- Lovely fragrant greenhouse Oasis and open later than other hardware shops. They dont lose their cool when it gets crowded. Go to the back for key copies.

Glad I found this place! I have only bought mason jars and window screens here but they store is organized and they have great sales. The sales associates are always nice and helpful! They have different sized mason jars and nice glass bottles that are twice the price at The Container Store.

Smaller Ace store, great service, propane exchange not fill, prices always higher than big depots or similar box stores. Strong supply of small things. Dont carry big mowers or big bags of fertilizer/seed. Good Weber dealer.

Excellent customer service. They greet you at the door, direct you to what your looking for while communicating via headset to other staff. Then when you get to your section another helper is there to assist. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, dont let the small store size fool you. We go there often and they always have what were looking for. They are pretty smart at stocking the right things.

I avoid this place because I prefer to be left alone to shop. For example I needed a PVC fitting, and I found it. I lingered a bit to look at other stuff just for fun. Then one of they floor workers came up and helped me by asking, What are you going to use that for? like I had no idea what I was doing. That kind of question comes off as more annoying than helpful to me. I understand lots of customers come in needing and wanting guidance. But for customers like me its kind of a bad atmosphere to shop in.

Great customer service! Its smaller than a Home Depot, but is packed full of just about all the supplies you could want. There is an upstairs area also that contains a lot of plumbing supplies, the stairs are in the back right corner if you are walking into the building.If you cant find something, just ask someone. They are very knowledgeable and can find what you are looking for a lot faster than you can if you are new to the store.

While you might get slightly better prices at a big box hardware store, nothing beats the knowledgeable staff and personal service you receive at Ace Hardware. The tools and materials are always top quality, and the employees know their stuff!

The staff here are some of the most helpful I have encountered anywhere. I go here at least once per week and Im never disappointed.

Really good customer service you can call to see if they have something in store for you ( not a long wait) if your in store very helpful with what ever your problem may be ( walked with me down the aisles and even suggested a cheap product) its a little more expensive its ACE but with good customer service and close to the house I will gladly pay a little more. Again love the layout its not a real big store get in find what you need chat a bit and get out.

Had a transaction problem where the cashier refunded the money back to someone elses card. Went back in and Jeff, the store manager made it right with a smile. He made a loyal customer out of me.

For the size of the store, its about the most disappointing ace for selection.Dont expect clearance item prices to be honored upon checkout, you need to make a separate trip back to burn another hour while they cluelessly play hot potato with the issue.Customer satisfaction is no consideration here; its as if theyre being hunted by their bosses to the point they cant empathize with customer needs.Side note and what i think is a valid question that applies to home depot, Lowes and all autoparts chains, why dont they staff at least one person with any experience, knowledge or enthusiasm for the products they sell? The science behind them, the niche situations they solved for their developers and proponents, the nearly limitless combinations of materials, tools and techniques that can be assimilated into educated experiments toward novel innovations... I imagine this could be about the least boring retail job run by a large corporation; hosting a weekly tools/supplies swapmeet or adding an hourly rental machining shop would make it measurably superior to lowes or sears, but they all have their own advantages (better pliers and wrenches@sears, home depot monopolizes Milwaukee and doesnt even carry their best m12&m18 tools) and disadvantages (powertool selection/quality at lowes or sears). Off the ace topic because i mentioned modern relevant (power) tools, not their forte.
