I arrived promptly for a 2 pm appointment. After filling out all the paperwork and waiting until 2.15 I asked the other two people who were also waiting to be seen what time their appointments were for. 1.30 and 2.00 pm. Mind you, I was told these appointments are for hour-long slots. My wife was scheduled for 3 pm and theres only one audiologist. I left in disgust. These people dont value your time at all.

I’ve called numerous of times and they had issues with their phone line and kept saying it was my phone that got cut off. I spoke to the receptionist and I had to scream in order for her to hear me, looks like they are the one that needs hearing aids. They need to replace the receptionist, she was not very professional at all, I requested that they provide a verification letter that my father got his hearing aides from this location for his citizenship application. She said they would charge $75 for a “recommendation letter”. I said verification letter and she kept saying recommendation letter. No medical offices in California would charge their patient $75 just for a letter. This place is unethical and not professional at all.

Extremely pleased with my experience at Better Hearing! I was nervous about getting my hearing checked and the possibility that I may need hearing aids. Jason was patient with me and thoroughly answered all of my questions and as it turned out, I did require hearing aids. I purchased them and feel that the price was fair and am grateful that I can now hear my grandchildren!
