(I always give medium-grade ratings). The audiologist said my hearing has not changed, but my ear hurts and smells of infected earwax. Other than that, I felt like it was a nice visit. I appreciate the ability to receive a free hearing testing even though the high tone/pitch is not where I have hearing problems. I also do not know more about audiology from the visit, but, like I said, I appreciate the free hearing exam.

This visit proved to be a game changer,as I learned a great dealabout my disability and the advancement of the hearing industry as a whole.Kelly examined my hearing and set up a pair of hearing aids to match the results of the exam. On fitting the insterments, I heard things I had not heard in years. Needless to say, a sale was made within 40 minutes. I flew out from Georgia to help my 95 year old mother. She needed new hearing aids and I was worried I would not be able to find an honest and reliable place to get her new ones. After talking to several places that were not very responsive I called A1 and talked to Wendy. She answered all of my questions and I was confident I found the right place. Kelly examined my mom with the care and compassion I hoped to find. I highly recommend A1 for the best experience.

While having the Medicare, they made me buy one hearing aid and get other one for free. Thats big NO NO! cause I am not supposed to pay anything with Medicare periods.I visited therr once and never come back again. Dont tell me i have no record ob your list cause I was there 20 years ago and switched over to District Hearing Aids which cost me no dime.

She is so rode over the phone without talking to you she hang up which is the worst business i ever seen they should take class to learn how to treat client otherwise they should closed their busines
