Grant was knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me sort out pros and cons of various aids. He always responded promptly to questions, and problem solved finding provider that was convenient to fit aids. Even got a follow up call to see if all OK after aids were fitted. Loved the audiologist I worked with, best of many I have seen before. Aids provided promptly, at $1000 less than charged at audiologist offices I previously visited and now compared prices with. Service, warranty, insurance, fitting, adjusting at audiologist office all in the price including ongoing followup. And did I say I saved $1000!!!! And top of the line brands all eligible for purchase.

Two years ago went with ZipHearing as they had the fairest prices for Hearing Aids. Not only did they deliver at the stated price and timely, but their customer support added tremendous value.After having issues with adjusting the sound quality and fitting in the ear where hearing aids would not stay, ZipHearing reached out to Signia the manufacturer. Signia then acknowledged problems and for the troubles extended warranty, sent 2 years worth of batteries, and the device to send TV audio directly to hearing aids.Yesterday, the left hearing aid had a high pitched sound. He even reached out to me to advise me that a new and updated model had just become available for the same price.He set me up with a local Dr. And all testing shipping (aids to the Dr.), and fittings ect were included. I really saved THOUSANDS of dollars. The service provided by Jeff and ZipHearing was outstanding. I just cant recommend them enough. They made a difficult and expensive process understandable and more affordable.I could not be more pleased! I needed aids for both ears. While going the traditional route for hearing aids, I was shocked at the prices. Then I checked Sams club. The mid to uppers range still was really hard to swallow and the size of the aid itself disappointing. After a month of much research as to the features I needed and brand reviews I was on the verge of selling internal organs to defray the cost. Then I found another video on brand comparison.Enter ZipHearing. When I called, Jeff Hall and I talked at great length. Having recently been diagnosed with SSHL, I tested an Oticon Opn S 1 miniRITE for a week after seeing an audiologist. I didnt feel comfortable with the settings and since Im an Android user (Oticon is only Apple-compatible), I didnt have access to the apps tweaking features. Found Zip on line---it was thousands of dollars less than local vendor, and it had a local audiologist here in Northern VA. Contacted Jeff at Zip and he was extraordinary prompt and courteous. He made an appointment for a hearing test etc with the local audiologist and when that info was received from them, Jeff had the aids here in 24 hours. He also arranged for submissions to insurance carrier and the claim was paid based on his submissions in 2 weeks! This whole thing sounds too good to be true, but it isnt!! Could not be more pleased.

(Phonak Audeo Marvels R70) The price was great....but I had some issues with the Fitting to my hearing needs. We needed hearing aids for my 94 year old father-in-law. We tried Miracle Ear and all they could show us was their high priced options. So I went online and found ZipHearing. The reviews were tremendous so we called. Long story shorter: the appointment was made and the hearings aids ordered. At this point we were working with a referred dealer in PA. There was a mix up in communications and the aids were delayed so I called Zip in CA. I have rarely EVER dealt with such a desire to fix the problem. When I called to set up the appointment with a local audiologist I got Jeff. Not only he was nice but he was funny too. Even the audilogist he set me up with was funny and very nice. I was very comfortable with them both. Reasonable pricing and I get to have these awesome colored hearing aids that I got to customize with the brand of hearing aids. If you need hearing aids these guys are the best way to go. You get amazing customer service and they make sure to set you up with quality audiologists too. The audiologist I saw went beyond want any other one has done. We were stuck at 9 colors at the one hearing I wanted because adult hearing aids dont get to come in cool awesome colors: but she made sure I waant going to lose quality of being able to hear and I get purple hearing aids which is a win win for me. 😊
