Once the permits were secured, Alejandro and his team showed up quickly and took care of the job within a few days. My system has been up and running for over two months now and so far it’s been great. They installed the new Solar Edge inverter which has a built-in EV charger and Adrian walked me through everything. I highly recommend US Green.

We had a Whole House Fan installed by US Green, and we LOVE it! The team was awesome to work with from beginning to end. Great service from the first time I called them all the way through the installation. I appreciated the fact that they made a site visit and were prepared when they arrived. U S Green Energy installed my 18 solar panels about 4 years ago but due to a roof repair that I needed to do I had them come back and remove the panels and the attaching hardware. They were great to work with and were quick to come over and get it done. About a month later after the roof repair I called to have the panels reinstalled. I asked about adding some more panels and they advised me that the system could handle 3 more panels that were even more efficient than the 4 year old panels.They showed up as scheduled and reinstalled the 21 panels and all of the hardware and tested the system all within about 8 hours. We have been incredibly happy with the service and products we have from US Green. We have: solar, the whole house fan, artificial turf, and the water conservation device. The solar was incredibly easy to finance and we received a nice federal tax refund. We send almost nothing to SDG&E each month, only what we use in gas. The best part is that US Green continues to track our solar production; it’s been four years since installation and we continue to receive phone calls and emails with updates. Now that is customer service! We love our turf in both the front and back yards. No more watering or mowing and it looks beautiful every day! We have a dog, but the turf is easy to maintain; twice a year we put down new absorbent. No odor! The whole house fan is a great way to air-out the upstairs. We simply open windows on both sides of the house and turn on the fan. It silently and quickly works to pull in cool, fresh air. We use it throughout the year. When we did have a small problem, US Green sent a representative right away. We find they are easy to contact and quick to help. We would highly recommend US Green for any of your solar and turf needs. They are the best!

First of all, US GREENs customer service is spot on. James ODonnell and his crew were great. From the first appointment to the final install. We purchased the Stealth Pro QuietCool Advanced Whole house fan system along with a solar attic fan. Both products are top notch and were installed perfectly. I would highly recommend James and his team for any home improvement needs that you may need

When we decided to do major Green upgrades to our home we brought in 5 different companies to bid our on project. It was a large project consisting of solar, HVAC, windows and turf. After talking with all the companies we decided to go with US Green Energy, to us they seemed to be the most interested in us as family and our wants and needs as opposed to showing us a presentation not quite fitting our scenario. First in regards to pricing, as a single income family with 4 kids the budget was a very big issue for us and US Green Energy was very well positioned as far as pricing for the project. We worked with Alex Seanz as our project manager for US Green Energy. Also as a comparison shopper I especially appreciated the fact that Alex told me each product that would be used in the project before it started, this allowed me to look everything up to insure all products were up to our standards. The crew at US Green Energy was also very courteous and friendly, my wife who was home most of the time felt very comfortable around them and was also able to ask any questions she had during the project. As with any project this size there was an unforeseen issue or 2 but Alex was very transparent and quick to respond to any questions we had for these issues. His willingness to work out any issues we had I felt was one of Alex’s best strengths. The work done by US Green Energy was excellent thru out the entire project. Also throughout the project if we had any changes Alex did his best to accommodate us, at one point in the project we changed our mind completely for the turf portion project and US Green Energy accommodated all our changes and still kept the budget! These upgrades have changed our quality of life at home much more then I could have anticipated now every day the house is a cool 74 degrees with a negative electric bill every month (I write this review in complete comfort while it is 100 degrees outside), the whole family is really enjoying our new backyard living space. Our stress level as a family has decreased significantly since the upgrades were completed. In a final summary I fully recommend US Energy Green for anyone’s Green Needs.
