Dr. Tang has been my familys doctor for decades. He is an excellent and trustworthy doctor who is always professional, friendly and cheerful. Dr Tang is patient and will take the time to explain what your body is going through and aftercare required. The front desk ladies are friendly and no nonsense.

Dr Tang has been our family doctor for more than 20 years. My parents right down to my kids are seen by him even though we are no longer living near the clinic. He is patient and takes time to understand our condition. He is very systematic in his analysis and have always prescribed the right medication for our condition. For eg, when my kids were young and had bad chest infections, Dr Tang would prescribe his own mix of cough and cold medication which helped to calm and resolve the congestion better than the asthma inhaler our pediatrician prescribed. He is by far the best doctor we have come across and we feel, better than some specialist we have visited.

Dr Tang is a very friendly and dedicated doctor! Have been seeing him for years and he really cares a lot for his patients!

Dr. Gavin Tang is my familys favorite doctor. His diagnosis is very good and he has very good bedside manner. He is also very good with kids. My 3 year old is always happy to see him. Someone mentioned the assistants. Yeah they are both somewhat unfriendly and curt. But on not-too-busy days, they will smile and chat with you. But such a good doctor deserves better front desk staff.

I am very disappointed with the service at this clinic. I sent my helper to receive help when she started vomiting incessantly and I even warned the receptionist to tell the doctor that it could be dengue because our house is situated in the red zone. In the end, my helper was just sent back with some anti-vomiting medication and no dengue test was administered. That very night, my helper developed chills and got even sicker, so the next day, i had to send her to another trusted doctor to get a diagnosis and to get the dengue test done. She was tested positive. I am shocked at how poorly this clinic has handled my helper, and worse still, to not give any proper diagnosis and aid when needed. I DO NOT recommend them. Surprised how hard it is to find good doctors in Jurong Kechil area.

Tang Family Clinic has been our family clinic since we moved here a decade ago. Dr Tang is a very caring and detailed doctor. He is never without a smile, and never fails to give the right medicine after an exhaustive consult. The clinic ladies are very understanding esp. when my children are sick. They may appear stern, but once you get to know them, you will realise how nice they are. The clinic also operates more hours than certain other clinics. Highly recommended!

I have another clinic right next to my house but will still travel further to go here instead, because Dr Tang is so great. Ive been to him 3 times now, and each time he has been so attentive and caring. He listens to whatever I have to say about my condition, and bothers to explain in detail what the problem is and the medication I should take. If I say that I dont need certain medication, he doesnt force it on me (have had this happen to me before in other clinics). This may result in slightly longer waiting since he spends more time with each patient than other generalists would do, but Ill gladly wait for such great service. Highly recommend the clinic to anyone!

Doctor is good but the front desk lady could be the grumpiest lady I have ever meet! Rude and heartless to patients. I stop going to this clinic because of her, it just make me feel more sick when I am sick!

Dr Tang is very personal and caring who doesn’t give you the “see and go” feeling. But be prepare to wait long whenever he is on duty.

Doctor may be good but what is SICKENING about this clinic is the front desk ladies. Extremely arrogant and at times rude. Riding on doctors popularity. Been there thrice and it has always been the same attitude Im confronted with. No matter how popular the doctor may be, it does not give those 2 front desk ladies any right to be arrogant......as if they are carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders. Not going there again. Doing a disservice to an otherwise good doctor.

Dr Gavin Tang has been a regular GP of mine for over 10 years. His care for patients and his empathetic approach always is appreciated by me. He does not make a patient feel extremely guilty for faults that are not their own and that really helps.He only comes in at 10 AM for morning slots, but he can be booked from 8:30 AM if you are lucky...The short-hair clinic assistant is brusk but friendlier and not as condescending as the polytailed receptionist who has a grumpy disposition.Clinics used to be open on Sat and Sun nights but not any more...

Not even worth a star. With a nice doctor but stuck up and rude staff. What a shame to have such 2 staff.

Bad mannered counter staff. Sounded very rude when I called and checked whether the doc is in before heading down. She replied rudely and flatly that of course the doctor is in else the clinic open for what. But turned out that the doctor is only in at a later timing. Wont ever think of going back to this clinic anymore and wonder how they survive with such bad lousy front service.

My family Doctor. Everyone from my family visits this clinic when we are unwell. This is also the clinic that provides my family and I great sense of comfort as we know we are in good hands

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent doctor! Patient got foot injury but doctor dare not touch patients feet. Doctor used a wooden tongue depresser to poke the feet for diagnosis. He spent 10 mins per patient regardless of the severity. So you will have to wait at least an hour if theres 6 people in front of you. Worthless spend of time and money.

Very friendly doctor ! he takes the time to explain clearly the situation and options and all this with a smile and good energy . Glad i have found Mr Tang .
