I came in as a retail customer to try and modify a paint color that my contractor had started with but didnt look the way we expected it to based on the sample card. Matt spent over an hour with me testing different color shades on the cinder blocks I brought in, and we finally landed on something that worked. He knew how to make custom adjustments to the paint and suggest how to move the color towards what I was looking for. It was above and beyond customer service, and I am super grateful for the effort, especially for a one-off customer who was only getting a couple gallons of paint. I will definitely be switching to Dunn-Edwards for my paint needs in the future!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MORE MONEYThey gave me the wrong paint sheen and wouldn’t fix it, not only that they left the can open so when I picked it up it got on my clothes. Went to Shilpark paint and they made the correct paint at a cheaper price and a premium grade. Wow. And the customer service was great, they match it in 10 minutes and Dunn Edwards in 90 minutes to do it wrong
