Customer service is weird. Go in on april 7th 2021 wearing a mask (because Im not an idiot) as they say they are open online. I get there looking to buy some products, but they wont let you walk past the register to view the products. The reason being covid, yet two employees arent even wearing masks. The point of going there was to do what people do in a store and look at the different products and decide. Im not going to have them bring up big bags of soil and what not for me to look at. I will just take my business somewhere else. If that means buying online from another business that is whatll Ill do.

Best hydro supply in SD. I started going to the 1st location the very 1st month Mike opened the place. They remain helpful, polite and very informed on the products the have on hand. prices and good attitude blow away SD Hydro in my extensive experience. Went in a couple weeks ago looking for nutes, not even a hello when we walked in. Got what I needed and stood at the register for 10 min while the guy behind the counter talked to some other dude and just kept looking at me. Even helped the guy behind me first because they obviously knew each other and he was getting a 1000w hps bulb. What, cuz I only got nutes and trimmers Im not good enough for your business? Other hydro stores in this city & Ill be sure to visit those instead.Added to post-Well I gave yall another shot this morning, cant seem to open up on time either so Im taking my business elsewhere. Gardening supplies some special offerings or sale prices. This is a great, small store and very knowledgeable about improving for growing of veggies and flowers.
