The employees here are great. I wish I had gotten their names but they did a great job of dealing with my family of 6. My mother takes forever to make decisions and they were very patient. We ordered sundaes and some of their chocolate squares. Of course everyones sundaes were amazing, and the guy behind the ice cream bar kept checking on us. Great hospitality!

They have a wide variety of chocolates but not only that they offer great packages that are great for gifts, the service is awesome they always greet you with samples and a smile, if you want some good chocolate and are near this store dont doubt and come here you wont regret it.

Very chocolate sundae

Everytime I go to Outlets in sidro I have to stop here. There isnt a bad choice in the whole store. I love the decadent hot chocolate and I always add an espresso shot ☕

A great place to visit if youre in san francisco, right on the marina, great views, definitely a tourist place, and walking distance from a lot of other things that you should visit anyway, so its something you have to go visit if its your first time in SF

The shop is located inside the outlet mall that was close to the mexican border. Purchased lots of ghirardelli chocolates at a very good price.

The serving size is smaller than it used to be and they use plastic spoons, unlike the one downtown, which makes it hard to scoop out the chocolate fudge.
