Tim, who worked front desk and sales was super helpful getting me set up with an account to buy ice in bulk. Its going to be a long season of Tuna fishing and we use a lot a lot a lot of ice. He laid out the cost savings and had me set up in less than ten minutes. The best part, you dont have to pick up all the ice a once. You prepay for a bulk order and just take what you need before each trip until your ice balance runs out. Too easy. 100% recommend for fisherman, especially since theyre near most mission bay marinas. Im glad I found these guys.

They park their trucks on the street causing those of us who work in the area to park far away. once it starts to be dark when i get out of work, i fear for my life because i couldnt get a parking space. they also clog up kurtz street in the morning

BEWARE!!!Long story- Moral, DO NOT USESpoke to them last week about delivering a 300 lbs block of ice. After a pleasant email back and forth with Sandra, we were all set for a Friday delivery. Come Friday and I get a call saying the truck broke down, and they will need to deliver on Saturday. Okay, understandable. Things happen. I was left a voicemail by Sandra to call them back to arrange Saturday delivery. I call back and speak to another woman. I ask for Sandra, but she was not able. She says that she can assist. We confirm the scheduled delivery for Saturday delivery between 11-12pm.1pm on Saturday an no ice. I call and Sandra picks up. I ask her for an ETA, she says that I never called back to confirm. I explain I spoke with someone else and she says they have no record of my call. There is no driver in the area and they will cancel my order. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. This delivery was for an event for my boss. Sandra and her team almost got me fired. Terrible customer service. How does someone confirm a time and not log it in? You need to get your employees in order. DO NOT USE THEM. Ended up calling S & S Ice in Palm Springs, and they delivered within 2 hours. And it was $80 cheaper!!!! Crazy. Terrible company all around.

To say we were pleased with this company from to start to finish is an understatement. Anthony was patient and professional through all of my inquiries, both via email and over the phone. And the gentlemen that came to provide the magic (snow) were just as professional and courteous. We are so happy we chose San Diego Ice Company to bring a winter wonderland to our facility.

I was incredibly impressed with San Diego Ice Company. I approached them with a specialized request and some difficult logistics for a 150 lb. ice block, and they were more than accommodating. Their staff were very friendly, and they gave me an incredibly fair price. Delivery was timely, and the block itself was completely pristine. They were very transparent about their process, so that I could work my logistics in the best possible manner. I highly recommend SD Ice Co, and will definitely be a returning customer.

They sell dry ice in blocks or pellets at half that of grocery stores. They also sell standard ice at extremely cheap prices.There is no comparison.Its always fast and easy. They also do custom ice work and serve events. As a plus they sell dense foam coolers for an ok price.

They have a minimum purchase of 5lbs for dry ice, which was the perfect amount I needed to ship breast milk . They didn’t have the styrofoam containers/coolers to ship any but I was able to find some on amazon.
