Not only did the manager help me to find an amazing fan for my home, but one of the sales people (Ronnie), took the time to help me and my electrician program the phone over the phone. They have high quality products and go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy! Very happy customer!

I came in to look at lights and fans for whole house remodel. Im talking about all outdoor lights, indoor kitchen, living room, gameroom/office, gym, 5 bedrooms fans and lights. Stairs chandelier. The works, spending some $$$. Not one person offered to help. I counted 8 people working there and not one person could help me. Who knows what other items Im missing that I cant think of.

Beware of giving them your email!The manager here (Ario) was amazing. He went out of his way to help me. He was so great that I agreed to sign up for the Lamps Plus points program which I would normally never do.Ever since I did that I have gotten an overwhelming number of junk emails, to the point it’s become a real nuisance . This is obviously not the manager at the San Diego stores fault (which is why I didn’t take away more than one star from the review) it’s just really horrible business that Lamps Plus corporate would sell my information so flagrantly. Also, the reason I know its Lamps Plus that sold my info is because I signed up with an older email account that I haven’t used in over a year and had barely any activity and all of a sudden it’s getting junk emails all day every day.

Weve been looking for the perfect set of lamps to go on two nightstands in our guestroom. Numerous store visits and hours searching online failed to produce the lamps that would make my wife happy. I suggested we visit Lamps Plus on Morena Blvd in San Diego, and we SCORED!! With some great assistance from Matthew, we found the perfect lamp and shade combination, but they only had one in stock. Matthew suggested ordering the second lamp, assuring us that it would be delivered quickly and there wouldnt be an additional charge for shipping. At that point he turned us over to Nicholas, who processed the orders for us and again assured us that delivery was be pretty quick. Wow! Ordered on Sunday and delivered Tuesday (Monday was a Holiday). Arrived in perfect condition and the lamps included the shades and LED bulbs. My wife was thrilled and I dont have to look at any more lamps, plus, happy wife = happy life. Great Selection and Great Staff. Also, cost less than half of what we expected to pay. SCORE!!

Ask for Ronnie when you go there, he will go out of his way to help you. I wanted to buy a floor lamp but a new one was going to come in the next day. He bagged up the one on the floor that he had just assembled and loaded it into my car. It would’ve taken me a while to assemble it and I really appreciated it. Everyone was very helpful and they have a wide selection at reasonable prices.

Just popped by Lamps Plus on Morena Blvd., San Diego and had a question for the staff. They were so helpful and provided a great experience. Ario, the manager was so kind and so thoughtful. I will definitely do my next purchase from them!

Went to find special fixture for our kitchen. Store was busy. Large selection wandered until I found it. Was soon asked if I needed help. Gave the stock number, soon had fixture and out the door. I was looking for good kitchen light using less than 25 watts. Fixture will do this because I choose the bulbs. Good blend of low tech, high tech. Needs better access to parking lot.

Lamps Plus is your lighting needs fulfilled. Lamps, bulbs, and fixtures of all types. I went today because they have so many different types of light bulbs. Also, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Home stores just have a limited variety of bulbs and Lamps Plus has just what you need.

Broad selection of mid-range fixtures, lamps, bulbs and accessories. Salesperson was very helpful. Unfortunately the chandelier we do decided to buy is backordered into next year.

Found the bulbs that my lamps needed. Staff are very helpful explaining the benefits of different bulbs. I live 10 miles from store, but finding what I wanted was worth the extra 7 miles.

In the world of no such thing as customer service Nicholas REALLY stands out. We ordered a chandelier from the San Diego store. Nick helped us with the purchase and when the warehouse messed up the delivery, it was Nick again to the rescue. He personally brought the chandelier to our house. We cant say enough about this gentleman. He actually understands CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ask for Nicholas.

Very difficult interview

My sales person courtesy, knowledgeable and attentive though I felt not entirely welcomed by one of the other staff.

I have shopped at other stores, but find the quality and designed at Lamps Plus to be more timeless. This location on Morena blvd has an experienced and helpful staff. I particularly like the Possini brand, everything they make has superior design.

Good selection and prices

We had bought a couple of furniture pieces online through Lamps Plus but were unable to assemble. The store manager volunteered to assemble the pieces for us; much appreciated!

I went to the Morena LampsPlus store, as I was in the market for vanity lights for my master bath. Desiree Gale was the sales associate that helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful! I was interested in three styles, and she helped me narrow it down. I LOVE my new light fixture, and can’t wait for my contractor to install it! The employees at this light store are always helpful and they have lots of selection. The employees are knowledgable and go out of the way to help. As a contractor we need the knowledge and the attention to detail in our lighting purchases. There is sufficient parking and the location is easy to find. You may have to maneuver the streets to get there, but it is easily spotted. Pricing is always fair.

We stopped in on a whim and after a walk through we found a lamp that spoke to my wife. Now, if your married youll get that. I was surprised to see how busy the shop was, after some waiting Desiree found out about shipping since we dont live in the US. The next day we stopped in to pay and provide our shipping address. It took a while as Desiree had a tough customer but she was eventually able to assist us. Thanks for all the hard work to make this happen and get these lamps up here. They are assembled and look quite majestic in our front room. As the saying goes, Happy wife, Happy life and I am definitely a happy boy.

Movers shattered a drawer on a beautiful dresser. I called Lamps Plus and spoke with Esteban. He was courteous, professional and very efficient. He found a replacement drawer and took care of the problem in about 30 minutes. So happy that the drawer is on its way. I recommend the Morena Blvd. lamps Plus location.

Great place to buy light fixtures or ceiling fans. We had 2 ceiling fans and a chandelier installed 4 years ago and then just recently had 6 cfl bulbs changed out. Their prices are very reasonable and way cheaper than an actual electrical company. The installers are licensed electricians and can also put in new j boxs and outlets for anything new that you might require. Will definitely use Lamps Plus again, great company!

Crooks, FedEx delivered lamp shipment to wrong house and Lamps Plus would not take responsibility and issue a refund, had to file dispute with Bank and after everything still did not receive my lamps or money back!Irresponsible with no integrity store and ownership!

What a great experience. We were in the middle of a home project and did not have enough time to see all the wonderful things there. Prices were unbelievably reasonable and we cant wait to come back and spend more time here.

This place has no idea what they’re talking about, I have already talk to a customer service before I rated their shop. Now they’re replying me and saying they would like to talk to me about my issue it is just beyond being funny.When I’m purchasing a lightbulb I explained to the guy I wanted the brightest color at all. I often repeated that I have no idea about lightbulbs or lumens and I needed his help to get the brightness led lights. He has been very helpful but he didn’t know how to say I don’t know. He sold me the lightbulb just about 10% more brighter than when I brought it to him. And also I purchased LED mirrors and I ask for if it is plug-in and he said yes it is now I can see you after my delivery my mirror comes with just cables and I have to pay for electrician. Please just don’t just waste your time in the store and go to Home Depot to speak to someone that knows what they’re talking about.The funny thing when I return my lightbulbs or recessed light I said (after doing my research) these are not the brightest colors that I asked for. He told me these are the brightest available in his shop. Don’t be money hungry if you don’t have something you should recommend me to someone or say I don’t have.Ordering those lightbulbs and recessed lights Took about a week and now I return of them and have to order from somewhere else and that will take about a week and they make me lose two weeks of work because I cannot work without the lights after 4 pm.Again do not waste your time or the money go to somewhere else and don’t believe in their advisements.

After visiting several lighting stores to select outdoor lighting for our new home, I was delighted to meet David Shaeffer at Lamps Plus on Morena Blvd. He is the most knowledgeable about the product I needed - dark sky lights and very conversant in a style suitable for the remodel. He was service oriented and I ordered with confidence a substantial number of lights, which shipped promptly.
