John was great. I needed a new lamp for our tv and was unable to find it anywhere. John was able to order one and have it the next day. He met me half way to deliver it to me so we could have our tv for the weekend - great service!

I spent five minutes on the phone with John at USA Imaging to get a specialized toner product. He was somewhere between the 10th and 15th number Id called looking for expert advice/product knowledge. ALL the others were unable to help me, and most considered a new printer to be the only solution to my problem. Had I called this place first, I would have saved a half day of work. The price was great, the shipment was super fast, and I will certainly be back!

STOP-READ: BAD REVIEW: USA Imaging came to our store showing us about there refillable ink cartridges. I said I have only had bad experiences in the past.... NO interest. A week later, we received 4 cartridges in the mail. NEVER ORDERED IT!! Sent it back and now they are saying we owe them about $300.00. They said they will send it to collections. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! Stay tuned each day for updates on how they applied unethical preatices!
