She takes her time and customizes individual outfits of good quality. All clothes are in very good conditions or even new and Sophie has for sure an eye for the perfect outfit. Can only recommend and will always come back, thank you love!

This is such a great shopping experience! I was gifted a personal shopping appointment for Christmas and it was such a treat. The clothing selection was so well curated that I found soooo many awesome styles that I loved and I couldnt believe how much I was able to take home. Sophie was a doll and helped me find the perfect outfits and just a joy to be around.I also had a girls night at the boutique and it was a blast! Definitely a great idea for any group looking to have a unique shopping experience.

I had the best time with Phee! She was professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent hostess for the afternoon. I wasn’t sure about what I would find selection wise because I can be picky with my clothing. But I was happily surprised that I found an entire bag full of amazing things! Including some amazing cashmere and brand name items I can’t usually afford full price in stores. I’m already wanting to clean out my closet more so I can go again!! 10/10 recommend!

There’s not really a personal shopping experience that can match what Phia gives to the clients at Positive Phee! With her extensive background in the fashion industry, she REALLY knows how to inspire you. My favorite thing about this whole thing is that it takes sustainable fashion at thrift store prices, and makes it feel like an incredible high end experience. 10/10 will be making an appointment again.

I love Phee’s boutique! I always walk out with a bag full of gems! I typically go once a month and there are always new arrivals! Where else can you go shopping for $25 and walk out with tons of new clothing, bags and shoes!

This was so much fun and I totally scored! I tagged along with my friend thinking maybe I would find one or two items. Sophie is amazing! Her shop is adorable! It’s so unique. When I went she had just started out so it didn’t have a whole lot yet but she was so helpful throughout the process and I got some cute things. It’s also nice to declutter your clothes and know that someone else can enjoy them. I love the eco-friendly option. And it’s so nice to have a friendly face help you pick out clothes. I’ll be seeing her tomorrow to see what she has in store for winter. I love watching her business grow!

I have been a customer of Positive Phees since last Summer. I had cleaned out my closet and we were in the midst of the global pandemic, so Goodwill was not accepting donations. I follow Positive Phee on Instagram and noticed that they were taking donations, so I made an appointment to not only donate, but to shop the swap shop. IT WAS AMAZING!! The business model is quite simple: book an appointment, bring items you want to donate to the shop, leave with a bag full of new to you thrifted clothing -- all in great condition and amazing brands!Sophie is professional, kind, and a great stylist! My first appointment was virtual because I wasnt comfortable leaving my home at the time. She took the time to send me pics of items that were in my size and I was able to fill my bag so quick! Since then, Ive had three in person visits and have refreshed my wardrobe quite often! I tell so many people about her shop because 1. Its a great model to support slow fashion and our environment and 2. The clothes are GREAT! I am one who owns WAY to many clothes, so this was a great way to continue my shopping *ahem* addiction for a fraction of the cost, while also ensuring Im doing my part for mother nature!I have referred so many people to the Swap Shop and will continue to do so!! Its great to support small businesses, but even more wonderful to support good people, and Sophie is good people :).

Positive Phee is one of the most amazing innovative experiences I’ve had in 2020! Not only was I able to find new things that I needed in my wardrobe, but I took my old things that I no longer used and got to see them going to new homes where they will hopefully live out their remaining years 😂😂😂 it’s eco friendly, affordable and honestly a lot of fun!

Omg! I still consider myself so lucky to have met Phee a few months ago. She is so outgoing, sweet and accommodating. I’ve done 2 swaps with her now and loved both! She’s figured out the perfect way to be professional and relatable at the same time. She’s super helpful if you’re looking for something specific and excellent at suggestions as well. She also has a knack for sizing, especially when it comes to lingerie/intimates. The quality of her clothes and accessories is fantastic. I always feel good about my purchase from Phee because I know I’m helping to recycle. Phee also has multiple contests and events throughout the month which is extra special. I love following Phee on Instagram and seeing all her posts about sustainable fashion. She really opened my eyes to how important it is. I have not had the chance to use the prize I won, a styling session and rental for a fancy event, but I can’t wait to! Lastly, you never quite know what you’ll find at her swaps, but that’s the most fun! I could not recommend this woman and her super unique service more! Thank you for everything Phee!

I’ve used Phee’s services a couple of times now.The first time was for bra shopping where she helped me pick out a great fitting bra at Nordstrom’s in Fashion Valley! She made me feel really comfortable and helped me understand how to find better fitted bras in the future as I had no idea I was actually wearing the wrong size.The second time I used her services was for gift wrapping my fiancé’s birthdays presents. I’m super busy with work so didn’t have time to do this but after dropping off she had them ready for me to pick up 24 hours later! Great service in this busy world!
