It was a pleasure and honor meeting Liam. He is passionate about his work and lives to entertain and make people happy. I think we tried different wines in our two hours with him. It was a little unusual, and we would have enjoyed it more if we had divided it into two sessions. All the wines were great, and it was difficult to select our favorites at the end. Worth checking out if youre in this are.

I very much like this winery. The room was so elegant and cozy. The wines were delicious and the scent was strong. The employees were so nice and knowledgeable about the wines. She helped me pick a nice wine to offer to my brother. They also had beers and whisky, aside from wine. What a wondrous spot!

I have been here many times and I love this place! The sandwiches are all fresh and made to order with boars head meats and cheeses. They also have a great selection of wine and beer, If you tell them what you are looking for they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!

Great deli sandwiches!

This is a great place for several reasons: 1) The selection of sandwiches and homemade specialties - (Ruben sandwiches are oh so tasty!); 2) Expansive array of alcoholic beverages; and 3) The family who own Mission Hills Liquor ~ friendly, kind, and they just offer great customer service. Mission Hills Liquor is the kind of neighborhood business you want to support.

They are very kind do curb side and wear masks. Love that plus organic wine.

Super fun and down to earth owners that really enjoy wine and showing you a new selection each week. Tried the white wines they offered and of course got a glass along with this huge mix of cheeses, meats, & fruit thats was awesome! Great prices, wonderful conversations with the owner and many of the couples that live down the street, but most of all I think its been our favorite place in San Diego by far! If you dont make it over to Mission Hills on your next trip to SD you are missing out on a great experience and an awesome part of history in California.

Lots and lots of beverages, including of course wines. The deli is fantastic. I just ordered sandwhiches I enjoy and they nailed it with fresh produce. Many snacks and goodies to choose from at the counter. Great customer service. Was working in the area and this was my go-to spot for lunch.

Great Place to meet with friends or family and have a nice glass of wine, if you like they offer delicious appetizers too.

They don’t operate on published hours. I showed up 30 minutes prior to close and they had already closed.

Great service and the best cheese. Just wish it was bigger and less noisy.
