These guys are hands down the best air tool and air pump supplier. Theyre prices are phenomenal, availability and ship times are great too. Most importantly this is probably the best customer service I have ever delt with Diane is simply the best. I had questions about a particular application I was trying to find an air pump for and instead of just sending me literature or a catalog Diane took the time helped me and my company find the right pump for the best price so many other vendors just try to rush you off the phone but not the case here. We recently purchased a drill from this company and, since it had to be custom-made, the initial lead time was 6 months, so we were expecting to receive it by the end of December 2015. However and, to our surprise, we received a notification 2 weeks ago, that it had already shipped (3 months ahead of the scheduled time), so we already have it!!Furthermore, working together with Christina was a wonderful experience, as she was always quite helpful and gave us an immediate feedback on our requirements, the whole time!!Thanks for everything Christina and everyone at International Air Tool & Industrial Supply Co.!! Our customer was in a jam. We needed to find a tool and have it delivered by 6 am the following day. Nobody in the Northwest had one. After much searching on the west coast we found International Air Tool had one. It was already late afternoon but they got it out the door. Our courier managed to get it delivered to our customer 2 hours ahead of schedule. Thanks to Christina for making this happen, and being pleasant to deal with!
