I normally come here just for printing but I have also made a few purchases and everything is good.The store isnt huge but has what you need. I have purchased some office supplies here for my home desk and got all that I wanted and needed.I have also come many times to have items printed. It is super easy to just email the store what you are getting printed and they will print it right away for you. I always have just 1 or 2 page items that need to be printed so Im in and out in just a couple of minutes.Recently I used their drive up service to purchase a new keyboard and mouse set and it was super easy. I picked out my item online and paid for it. The next day I went to the store, pressed a button in my order email saying I was there and in under a minute my items were brought out to me and I was on my way. It was a very simple.Overall, everything here is good and I am content and will continue to come for my limited needs.

Hello, used to be good here. My mom brought me here and we made copies and bought office supplies. But has gone way downhill. Homeless people living in parking lot and when my mom pulls in the narrow entry along the building (only way in), there are regularly broken beer bottles and the entry to go in is so narrow there was no way to miss it. No one there cleaning up the broken bottles. To make matters worse, recent visit no one came to help us check out to buy school notebooks and when my mom went to get help making copy, the guy behind desk said he would only help make 1 copy with a $2.50 minimum. So we left with no copy and no notebooks. Not worth blowing out a tire on broken glass and get no service no product. Dont think my mom wants to go back anymore. On a bright side, there are usually only 1 or 2 customers so its like you have the whole store to yourself. My mom and I always wondered when we used to shop there how they stay in business. Ghost town.

Well stocked. Usually VERY empty (because its so super easy to miss ... and hard to find the driveway in), so youll definitely have no problem getting assistance. I was able to take a photo of a 25% off coupon online (on my phone) before I went, and show/use it when I went to purchase ink for my printer. I saved $50!!! It was WONDERFUL! Need to remember that Office Depot more often myself.

Im leaving a 5-star because of the awesome combo of having a home-town vibe combined with brand-named support, selection and service. Im a little lost on designing some things for my new position. I ordered a small batch of bus. cards online to pick up in-store. I was greeted pleasantly and was assisted in clearing up some items and choices. Matt, the store manager, assisted me right away. Gave me new ideas and did some pricing comparisons for me, too. I met a local business man, deli guy, who was also there receiving stellar CS, too! I am new to the area and come from a small town so I totally appreciate the assistance and energy!

Not sure how long they have been doing their USPS shipping, but I can tell you they all need more training, including the managers. Ive been here a couple of times and every one so far has been weird. This time, I was told it would cost $177.00 to ship a 3lbs USPS Priority box to Guam (still USA).They make you type in the information yourself. Guam was not listed as a USA country. I asked the Manger in charge and he said it would be an international order since Guam wasnt listed and it would be $177.00 to ship a three pound seven inch box. Even after reviewing the info I put in myself, he was obviously as clueless as I was. There was no drop down box for Guam in USA, even using the zip. Im sure something was overlooked, but I dont get paid or trained like he does to ship packages. I guess we both need training.Having a little common sense, I went home and checked online USPS for myself. Turns out flat rate will ship to Guam ($12.35). Called back and manager apologized, and said he would escalate this to corporate, but I doubt he will say anything. If he does, they wont care anyways. So here is my review of Office Depot people.Other than that, typical zombies ready to smile and take your money just like most establishments these days.
