Leonard was super helpful and extremely courteous. He helped me get some urgent paper work out the door fast. Charged a fair and reasonable price. The store is spotless and located right near Petco on the south side of the mall. I will be seeking their assistance in the future. I called in beforehand to get the green light on what was needed. If you are not sure, it is always good to check in advance!

Fantastic staff! They know me (and I know them) by name. They are swift and courteous. I enjoy dropping in when the need is there and always walk out with a smile. I feel very taken care of by everyone in there. I will go out of my way to use this particular store more than any other and over USPS when possible.

1 star for lazy employee # 171210. I am here on 10/16/2021 02:26pm the employee is lazy to check for my package. When I have a tracking number detail shows the package is at the location. He said the package is still on the truck, but I got my ups note saying come to this location to pick up. Both shows it is here, but he just does not want to do his job and rude attitude toward customers. Why Ups has such rude employee like this.

Excellent service. I drove to this location because the UPS store closer to my home has never felt professional. I was greeted with a smile and felt everything was going to be packed/sent perfectly.

Very nice place, with a very friendly and professional staff. I have a mail box there and every time I go check my mail, I am warmly greeted.I also used their services for printing e-mails and for notarized documents. Kari always went above and beyond to help me. I recommend this store.

This womans attitude on both visits were sour. I felt like it was an inconvenience to her both visits. Boo you lady. Ill pick a better location next time. You can take the 30 cents and buy yourself some service. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I wasnt expected to pay you .30 cents to take care of a hassle free return according to Amazon.

Have been there for quite a few years now for online print pick-ups. The staff overall was very helpful and friendly. On several occasions the page I was trying to add to the online order did not render properly in the web interface, I emailed them over the pages and they accommodated my req.. really appreciate the gesture!

Ive used UPS Store Clairemont Square frequently over a decade. They are a friendly, helpful, and all business store to me. I usually have to wait, sometimes a long wait, for my faxes to be received when sent, but Ive learned its b/c the receiving line is so busy. This location is also very convenient, b/c I can complete many errands in one trip at other stores.

Visited this store to do live scan process for my guard certification process, along with back ground check application. It’s all good till they begin to charge you. I knew exactly how much the state charges for the entire process; then I saw extra amount added at the end. I asked and says it’s handling fee AND card fee, because I didn’t use cash.WATCH OUT FOR PRICE BEFORE YOU SWIPE OR PAY THE AMOUNT.Know what you are paying for and ask him to remove all the nonsense fees.I do not have any problem if price is right, but I would not spend my time to write this if other live scan locations do charge extra card fee and handling fees.Thanks.

Ive sent many packages from this very helpful store. Len Fishman is wonderful. I have sent packages overseas to my husband. They have boxes, packing materials, and fun cards. The entire staff are very helpful!

Their open hour is until 7pm, and I walked in at 6:15 and was told they are closed. Seriously?!

Need a notary but dont know where to go? Head to a UPS Store! I went on a Saturday and there was no wait. The manager (also the notary) was friendly, professional, and had me on my way in no time.
