Jack was very thorough in our consult and I appreciated his attention to detail that other vendors lacked. While temperature was a big concern for our door replacement, we still had a lot of noise issues to deal with. I contacted 5 companies for this project, and the other four focused on title 24 minimum standards being good enough, brushing off my concern over sound. Jack talked us through his more standard option and the upgraded option to help with the noise. The pricing was excellent, we loved working with Jack, and the door quality is top-notch. Our room looks better and the back face of our house looks better because of how they install molding to frame the retrofit. We’re very happy with our new door.UPDATE 7/8/20:Still LOVE the sliding door. Improved temperature control in our room, even on the super hot days we have had. We got our windows replaced a few months after the door install and are thrilled. They look so much better, and much easier to open, and are more energy efficient. I absolutely love the bathroom glue chip glass, too, which Jack recommended as a privacy glass option. Also, my large dog got excited to go on the balcony and ran right through the screen door. Jack came by and fixed it for us very quickly! Hes the best!

We needed to get 6 windows and 2 slidding doors to be replaced so we called Window Professor and spoke to Jack. He quickly helped set appointment for free estimate. He came to our house on time and thoroughly measured each windows and sliding doors to give us an accurate estimate. He explained clearly what he has to offer and his products. He is genuinely nice and upfront with prices and timeline for completing this project. We decided to hire Jack and then he ordered the windows and doors for us. Once these items arrived, his team came to installed for 2 days. The workers were friendly, polite, and professional. They covered everything up when they work to keep your house clean and they cleaned up everything before they left. He came to inspect the project each day that the workers were there. Their price is reasonable and whatever is their quoted price it is the price you pay at the end. We love our new windows and sliding doors.

Very fast and very efficient. The stationary pane in a sliding door had fogged up. Window Professors sent two installers to replace the badpane. I watched to see how it was done, and I was amazed. It didnt take them 15 min to pull the bad one out and replace withnew one. Both very pleasant no mess wish all projects went thateasy I was pleased

Excellent windows, excellent install, excellent warranty. More expensive than others, but personally worth the price for what you get. Only reason for 4 stars is they could have done a little better with cleaning up the glass from the old windows.
