Love this place. They have a huge variety of dresses.I rent their tuxedos for my growing boys here. Lulu is awesome!

Horrible in communication. I have to call for everything. They do not explain to you what will be next. It is a week now and haven’t return call when they said that they will call me same day. Wedding was Sunday, and it was Tuesday already and didn’t have bridesmaids dresses ready. People have their own responsibilities such as work, family and school. I was embarrassed for my bridesmaids cause they had to go through this. If getting married is stressful and emotional, these people’s inresponsability makes it worst. I’m just waiting for picture and video and I’m out out of this place. By the way wedding was almost 2 months ago and I haven’t received a call regarding photos and video.

Rude employees. Tuxedos were given with wrong sizes,ripped jacket,pants and dirty. I didnt find out till day of wedding. Humiliated and upset. Complained to manager and he gave us partial refund. Nice man but terrible staff. I would never recommend this place!

The worst!!!! My sisters quince was red and gold, when we ordered her bouquet and accessories we specifically said red and gold, yet they brought us red and silver. The invitations were not what they said they would be, my mom had to modify them and add the right colors because the staff thought they were wedding invitations and added a white and silver bow. The worst thing was that the Professional photographer ruined my sisters film, the quality is beyond horrible, the movie was blurry and incomplete!!! We took it back and told them that the movie was incomplete and blurry yet the lady we told got all offensive because her sister was one of the photographers assistants. We picked it up and its the same!!! Its as though they recorded the movie with an old camera phone!!! They know how to brain wash you so well, they show you Samples yet the end result is nothing similar to the samples they show you. BE CAREFUL!!!!!

Super unhappy with your service, I do not understand the theory of taking measures to the ladies and k the dresses are either large or small .. K ugly place 😡 I recommend Coronados better if they offer super service and Janet of the best very good, person 😊
