I have a really small project, and found exactly what I needed from Arroyo Building Materials. Everyone was really nice to me and my service dog. Very pleasant experience. ☺

I don’t like that they don’t have discounts for contractors, they are also expensive in some areas, other than that customer service is good. The place is clean and is easy to find what you’re looking for.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE CROOKS!! They were supposed to deliver construction materials to my home on a Friday, did not show up & instead showed up announced the next day, delivered the material next to my car while I was sleeping and severely scratched my car, did not notify me & just left. I contacted the personal in charge Carlos Romero, showed him pictures and video of the incident and even after that, he refused to take responsibility for the damages to my vehicle. These people are scum bags!

These guys always miss their delivery promise. Better look for different dealer.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE Employees at the counter!!!0 help from them. Got my wrong order delivered the first time. Went to return it and it took forever to unload, I understand its busy and Im patient but come on. I also had to call the lady in charge of refunds 3 times, 3 times just to make she processed my refund. I work on big projects all the time and dont have time for this. Improve your customer service with the cashiers, hire more forklift guys and get a supervisor that can manage the office better.

Awesome selection of material

Extremely rude at the counter, not helpful at all and always treat you like their doing you a favor. I’ve visited this place 3 times and all 3 times I’ve been disappointed. The employees at the counter have no customer skills, on one of the visits they were cursing at one of the customers in Spanish, in public, the customer had no idea what was happening because he only spoke english. Another time I was returning some material in which I had to wait more than an hour to get assisted and finally when I took the return note completed back to the counter the rep only wanted to refund me half the material because he said his own employee didn’t note it correctly and then when I asked for help to locate the employee to make the correction he said I had to figure it out on my own. Both the older gentleman with gray hair and younger heavy set guy have terrible people skills and because of these and multiple negative experiences I’ll take my business elsewhere. They will never see another cent from me as well as from any of the contractors I work with. Do yourself a favor and just find a different place to get material from.

The materials like rocks and slabs are well organized, you look and choose what you want.

They had the best price on gravel for me by far. Very quick delivery, easy to get next day delivery and possible to get same day as well depending on what time you call and if they have a driver available. When you call theyre able to give you an estimate over the phone right away. Other places want to call you back after a few hours.

Awesome customer service, super knowledgable and friendly employees. Theyre not really set up for someone like me who is just a homeowner who doesnt know the difference between a pebble and a boulder, but if you tell them that you need guidance on something, they absolutely will help you out. I was able to pick out exactly what we needed for our landscaping project.

Hard working employees. Management have a no mask no service policy but several management inside store dont wear them.

Got materials delivered and was charged a deposit for the bags it came in. Now they want to charge me to pick the bags back up, or I have to deliver them myself. Wish they would have been upfront about this to begin with, because I would have had the materials dumped instead.
