I REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE!! $$$ GO SEE HOW MUCH YOU WILL SAVE ON YOUR NEXT PROJECT $$$!!! CACHING !!!I have shopped here for several years now to buy my materials as my First Go To Place. The prices are remarkable. Selection includes lumber, concrete, fencing, stepping stones, concrete blocks, and more in an indoor drive through and load area. The indoor walk in area has too much to offer for me to post information here. But to mention a few, they have all types of hardware, doors and windows of all types, kitchen cabinets, lighting, flooring, plumbing and electrical supplies. You really must go here to spend time inside to see everything.

Helpful courteous service, large selection of products, check it out if you get a chance.

Good prices, but not high end products. Great if your budget is very low. One major issue is they wont hold items for which you paid for pickup. They leave it on the floor and, if sold out, refund you, so though you get your money back, you wont have the items for your project.

Friendly staff. I called in with questions regarding vinyl and they assisted me without rushing me off the phone. When I visited the store, one of the staff members in fencing notice I was unsure about one of their products and approached me to see if I needed help. The rep was very knowledgeable about the products and even made a few suggestions that save me money. Store is very clean and presentable, staff are all wearing masks.

The place is ok if you are desperate for something. Employees are rude dont know where anything is at or if they stock rivets, and dont have the rubber insert for the screen doors or windows which they dont have and sell the screen. Lousy management and service. I dont shop there anymore because theyre over priced.

Quick and easy place to get lumber, various warehouse locations, and if Lowes/Home Depot doesnt have what you need for materials or tools, theres a good chance youll find it here.

Drive thru lumber yard hands down the best idea and they have such nice and dedicated workers unlike home depot .....

Cant ask for better service. The price are always comparable to anywhere else. And you cant beat the drive thru lumber yard.

Cant beat driving in loading up lumber then heading to pay. Especially on a rainy day.

There is a wide selection of inventory for your home improvement projects. However, the staff is not very helpful as they seem to he more willing to engage with contactors doing large jobs as oppose to DIY customers. The item I was looking at on the floor was very dirty. Presentation does not seem to he a priority but the inventory is neatly arranged. Their prices are competitive with Home Depot.

As I arrived at the shop, a member of the fencing department saw that I was uncertain about one of their items and approached me to see if I needed assistance. If Lowes/Home Depot doesnt have what youre looking for in terms of supplies or equipment, theres a fair chance youll find it here.

Awesome place ! Tremendous selection of products. Like a Home Depot on steroids. Amazingly helpful staff. One showed me the selection of what I needed but the didnt have it and he went and checked about ordering it unasked and came and told me where I could go and get it as its a commercial bldg. not residential. Very Pleased.

A teen was calling a manager who took forever to see nothing was in my trunk. About 10mnts...give a little power to insane souls and they will not know what to do

I have been a customer for many years but recently I have noticed young ladies have really unpleasant attitude. Hopefully manager can bring that up to the employees.

Prices are good, but customer service is slow. Delivery is a good deal for large items. $100 per shipment, not per item. So the more you but that has to be delivered, the better.

Staff is not very helpful or knowledgeable of their products. Returned to this store to get parts that were missing from cabinets that I bought and then get to there to find out the person who I talked to on the phone didnt check to make sure they had more in stock. Now I have to go back again, from Canyon Country, to get a refund. Not sure that I will go to another HD store though.

Very limited selection, expect windows which is extensive. Prices are fairly good. Employees are hard to find, but once you find them, they are very nice and helpful.

Only come here if you want to be frustrated because they dont have the inventory you need and then get lied to when you order an item. Worst service ever. After over 20 years of coming to this store, Im done and will tell every person I know to stay clear of it.

I remodeled my whole kitchen at 1/2 the price from Home Depot... Great prices, and what little I took back they happily exchanged - of course I had to have my receipt. You have to carefully examine each box prior to purchase, but the savings are well worth the hassle!!! And I drove from Simi Valley!

Never again.. let start by saying this this literally the worst experience at a home improvement store.. they had 8 Employees standing in the front and said they had no one that could help me. That it is a self serve store... second when i found someone to help he couldnt find things anyways... third you have to go out side to the lumberyard where the wood was wet, load it your self and then find some one to give you a paper to take inside and pay them come back out side to get your car. Really there are more effective ways. mean while they allow people who are not Employees to hang out with Employees and get high on the job. So if you want to get a contact high this is the place to go. As a lady i was harrassed by this man and felt un safe and all the so called manager said was they will get down to the bottom of this.. no im sorry, no let me help you, nothing... i rather pay the extra few bucks and go somewhere safe.

HD Supplies is great for the contractor who likes to save money they pretty much have what you need as far as doors and windows and the prices are reasonable

I shop at this store frequently and I have used their delivery service a few times. I have bought cabinets, granite, tile, etc. Customer service is weak but they do have good prices and the kind of material that I can use in my projects. I can get in and out, setup my deliveries and it works.

HD Supply is horrible along with Escon Doors. I bought a expensive door and installed it and 2 weeks later the door lock and handle has broken. I had to call a locksmith because I was locked out my house in the night. I called HD and they told me to call escon door which is hard to get a hold of. Must be that there so busy fixing there horrible doors. I rather take my chance with home depot.

They have a good value on their products SO far I have not purchased) . I will not say its the best made but they have good materials and products are made inexpensively, unfortunately that means China. Business model as I see what they are attempting to do is good, however the customer service is horrible.I have rented a Bobcat twice now and the first time they lost my delivery and delivered mid day. Causing me $$ on the crew assembled there to grade and move the dirt that was filling the pool. On top of that I pay $80 dollars for delivery/pickup fee (40 each way) and by purchasing this I obviously cannot replace the fuel used without destroying there tires by going 3 miles on streets to the nearest diesel gas station.so the next time I asked the manager if they would supply a gas can and he said we dont do that I informed him that by purchasing additional services from HD suppply of delivery/pickup (whichseems profitable) your are forcing me to either buy a gas can I do not need for your equipment or I pay a penalty price on gas (They charge $6 about doubel the current rate). All I can say is horrible customer service. Not on time, for delivery or pick up. Makes me nervous as they leave their equipment on the jobsite and pick when convenient for them... sometimes days after the agreed contract making me nervous and unsure of what charges will be in the end.needless to say I will not be renting again. Current rental rented Saturday arrived on time with bald tires. Made it through Saturday and is still here. I guess they will come get it when convenient. Meanwhile my driveway is blocked there is a deposit sitting against my checking account and who knows what they plan to charge on gas and rental days. Ill have to watch.Already called them twice to pickup.
