This optical store used to be very customer service oriented and professional during all of my purchases on their union street store but sadly when they closed that store and having no other way to go to their market street location I didnt not have any good experience with the staff their...save your money and go to other stores for better service and adjustment with your glasses

Went for the first time today and fell in love. High quality selection of frames in many shapes & unique colors Ive honestly never seen anywhere online or in person. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. Everything feels designer yet everything I saw was under $500. We are here for it!!! The woman Amy who assisted me was delightful - friendly, so helpful and imbued her own enthusiasm into my enthusiasm for these special frames :)). I so appreciate when store associates can be your pump up girl/tell you straight when you didnt BYOG. Felt super safe with COVID. While you can walk up and knock, Id recommend calling in advance to check in. SO glad I didnt try to order glasses online without trying them on first. This is the spotttt.

One of the handles broke off my glasses while I was at work. I called to make sure SEE fixes glasses. Not only did they but it took me longer to walk there from work than it did for them to fix, tighten and clean the lenses. Thorough job with barely a charge as far as Im concerned. Theyve earned my business and will definitely go back.

Excellent selection and customer service. Jorge was warm, personable, and professional. He took the time to listen to what my husband and I were looking for and make appropriate recommendations without being pushy. We ended up buying 5 pairs of sunglasses. We especially appreciated the time he took to adjust each pair of glasses to fit our faces. Thank you for a great first experience!

I was helped by Lizzy, and she was so wonderful. Attentive and passionate, but never pushy. I came in with a pair of old frames that I wanted to try matching, but once Lizzy had me try on a few frames, I started having too much fun with the cool shapes and colors. My new focus was to let go of the old frames, and start thinking of the new version of me I wanted to put forward. Does anybody else get that with glasses? I hope so. 5 stars, 10/10 would recommend. Enough to actually make a review, which I hardly ever do.

I live out of town but wanted to purchase a pair of glasses from this SEE location. I emailed this store and Jorge got back to me immediately and was extremely helpful. He helped me complete the transaction over the phone and was very accommodating. The glasses were shipped to me in a lovely presentation. I was impressed by his costumer service. I would recommend this store to anyone because of him! SEE Eyewear is the best.

Ive been to a few SEE locations, and I have to say this one is my favorite. Mikey in particular was helpful and friendly - he made the experience wonderful. My glasses arrived earlier than the two weeks I was told and fit like a dream. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I went to SEE eyewear back in January. My prescription is pretty high (-13 range), and they took about a month to get my glasses to me. I’ve just gone to my optometrist and it turns out SEE gave me overcorrected lenses by about 2 points (-15) and this has been straining my eyes. I waited a whole month and paid a pretty high price for overcorrected lenses. I do NOT recommend SEE eyewear, and I recommend anyone that uses them get the actual prescription on the lenses they give you checked.

Horrible customer service2 years ago: Great service and loved my glassesfirst time this year: Spent 10min in store and didnt get much help2nd time this year: decided to get my next glasses here. Spent 30min looking around. Almost no help. They were busy commenting on glasses among themselves!! I picked my glasses and ready to pay. The lady helping me was rude and impatient. I left the store paying ~$300 feeling I made the worst decision. Partially my fault for not walking out.Picking up my glasses: Busy time and had to wait 10min. Finally they got to me and they went looking for my glasses. So careless handling the glasses that they dropped it on the table. A very casual Im sorry and that was it. Nothing else was mentioned and I left the store.

I have a too many pairs of glasses, but because I have a problem, Im always looking for my next pair and SEE is my favorite spot. They have a wide variety of styles and colors, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are good. If youre looking for a great deal, look no further than the sunglasses. At $99 they are a steal.

I loved this place! They fixed my glasses in 1 second! And now my glasses are like bran new! And it was today, 12/22/16! Now my glasses are awesome!

The absolute worst. I was promised my glasses in 14 working days. On the day they were to come in I got a call saying the lenses don’t match the frames and I would have to pick a different frame. Two weeks after that I got the call that the new glasses were in. I picked up the glasses and went home to discover they were the wrong prescription. I had to again call them and they said they’d order the correct glasses. Two weeks later I pick up my glasses with my husband as the woman is cleaning the glasses for me, my husband asks if they are bifocals, and she says, “no they are progressives”. They were actually neither!

Great people cheap glasses I have 2 pairs from them for $85 each

Had the most bizarre experience in this store. I went in on Presidents Day and was only passing through SF before heading to a remote town for a conference for the week. I had left my sunglasses at the Toronto airport the day before. Most stores were closed or closing early and this was the 4th eyewear store I had whizzed through that afternoon so was running out of time (it was 3pm). When I walked in I mentioned to a girl who was working there that I had a pre scheduled work call so apologized in advance but I would be on the phone while I scanned everything as I needed some sunglasses. She was totally cool with it. So I burned through checking out different styles while on my call, and in about 5 minutes I had gotten through 2 of the 3 walls.I found 2 pairs I really liked but still had that whole third wall to get through. The same girl had now finished up with another customer and came up to me and started talking to me about how I was looking at reading glasses (they were bi-focal sunglasses). I showed her the phone in my hand to my ear and whispered, Im still on the phone. She looked at me flatly and continued talking to me, telling me how Im looking at reading glasses. So I said to her again, I cant talk with you right now, Im still on this call. Nope, she dug her heels in and continued to talk to me. At this point my client on the phone from Vancouver was asking if everything was ok, bc clearly I wasnt paying attention to our call anymore. I was gob-smacked. So I walked out. I went over to Site for Sore Eyes on Sutter and was really happy with the service and the glasses I found.Its a shame - the glasses are super cool and affordable. But I was so annoyed with the service I refused to give them my money. I normally wouldnt be on a call while shopping but this was one of those unique situations and I (the Canadian that I am) apologised in advance and cleared it with them first - but I guess that didnt make a difference.

I bought my sunglasses here and received great service! Products are really nice and good value!
