A little surprised by the good reviews. Rowena was unhelpful and unfortunately very rude on every visit. The OD prescription was sloppy and needed another opinion. I purchased my contacts and glasses at 50% of the costs they offered.

Rowena was wonderful and extremely helpful. Fantastic selection of glasses. She helped me with current promotions and I got a buy 1 get one free. Even though its downtown it was very easy to get to it with Muni. Im very happy I went there and got my glasses there. They also take steps tearing Covid to keep you and them safe. This part is like a second review my optometrist at another location messed up my prescription, so I Brockton you prescription back to site for sore eyes. Rowena was really helpful helpful again and let me know that they could correct the lenses at no charge. Again, Im super happy I came here and well definitely keep coming in the future

While cleaning my glasses this morning, they broke. This location was the closest to my work, so I made the short walk to get them fixed. As I visited less than 5 minutes from opening, I wasn’t expecting them to be so prompt, kind, and professional.Well, let me tell you: the staff here is very professional, extremely kind, and they know their stuff. Despite my glasses being from a different store in a different state, the team was very kind to me and so willing to help. They not only gave me advice on how to get my frames fixed, they kindly found me a new frame that fit my lenses, made the transfer, fitted them to my face, and gave me a discount so large I almost teared up. They did all this in less than 15 minutes.What stood out to me the most was that they talked to me the entire time. They asked me where I’m from, how I like SF, and just generally made conversation. It made me feel like I wasn’t just business to them.I’ve been wearing glasses since middle school, and I’ve never visited an office with such amazing customer service. 100% will be visiting them again for my next checkup.

The ladies were so helpful. I forgot my contacts at home and they let me buy a pair of the extras they had. They even gave me a travel case and saline. They saved me!

Ive been a customer of this location for 3 years and the staff is amazing.

Professional and friendly, but really expensive. My insurance ended up covering less here than anywhere else. Also, the equipment was older than i would have expected for the price. I will not be returning my next check up.
