This Store Manager Frank Li, is a very unreliable person. The experience being a customer here is like a Local Fish market, where anything they say could change the next minute, without warrant, and eventually you just dont believe anything they say. They will promise deals and your bill will be doubled. Your bills will be all over the place and give you numbers different from what you would see online or at other stores. Its hard to believe what is true or not at this branch. Good luck for anyone going here. We would rather drive down to another City for AT&T services, just to avoid this branch.

I was shopping from this store almost 2 yrs. The sales have really good service and always give you best options. I recommend if anyone needs switch to att or any att customers want to buy a new phone you can look for this store. They will help you to find best options.

I hope everyone cancels all services with this company, like I’m doing at the end of the month. I was charged a 90$ fee that I was told by multiple managers I would not be charged for cancelling internet. This is on a contract that I was illegally put into, because I never agreed to or signed. When I called back to have the issue fixed they simply said that they were “sorry” but could not refund or credit my money back. Instead they promised to investigate the managers involved and “take action”. No one cares about your apologies AT&T!!! To make matters worse they said if I decided to get into an internet contract with them again the fee’s could be waived. This was after talking to a supervisor for an hour who repeatedly said nothing could be done. The supervisor was Brandy employee number MM493X. When I asked to speak to the legal department she said that I would have to look for that on my own and refused to provide me with any additional information or management to solve the issue. This company is completely unprofessional and me and my family will not be providing you with any business moving forward.

The shop employee on Feb. 5th, 2020 servicing did not open a prepaid phone number to a student instead of opening a business account pre-paid phone number to Intel student. He did not really understand how to service what a customer needs. The student later changed to an different phone number.

Very bad customer service, staff talking to each other and walking around when you want to ask them for assistance not open lines and their manager Vicky too. They only welcome customers buy things from them not services.

Very poor service, not taking responsibility for work seriously, not having a positive attitude towards customers, and being impolite. I doubt how the boss of this company chooses people
