Absolutely terrible, fraudulent. Do not trust these people to protect you or your integrity. They are out to make money and steal yours. My parents went to them to get a new plan and they cheated money from my parents, lying to them about how porting their number to Google Voice (a FREE SERVICE) costed them almost $100. Tmobile does not need to port their numbers from from Sprint to Google Voice to Tmobile, they lied to my parents and told them that they would be able to keep their old number, and now their old number is tied up for 4 months and they cannot use it. Absolutely horrible.My parents were lied to and cheated and the workers who work here are completely condescending and either dont know what theyre talking about or they dont care about lying to you. I would NOT come here. They are liars and cheats.

BIG ZERO STAR IF I CAN RATE. I came here to switch lines for my cousins from prepaid to postpaid plan. Nobody in the front door to check list when there were some customers came at the same time, I had to go to the service bar to ask one of them, a east asian guy. The answer I got is NO, HE CANNOT SWITCH THE LINES. WTH???I came to the other place. They did it for my cousins. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICES!

At first everything seemed wonderful. Good deal. Nice prices. And we even got an iphone for free. Our bills gradually increased due to anonymous reason. They promise $100/4 lines and it turned out to be $171. When we bring the bill into the store and question them, they told us its missing one page for the rebate, which was never there.The free phone they promised, turned out to be a leased phone, charging us $39.99 monthly, and $198 option to buy the phone after two years. When we complain to them, all we got is we dont have the authority to pursuit this matter. You have to call Sprint.Thank you for the lesson. Never going to Asian dealer stores again. No more Sprint.

I went in to check on a detail on my account and look into a new phone. For about 15 minutes I stood there and no one said a word to me or even greeted me. It appeared that if you spoke Mandarin you were treated nicely with respect, I not being Asian seemed to be a reason why they practically ignored me. So I walked out as did another lady who was not Asian, they were kind of rude to her when she inquired about the wait time. I will not be going to tbis Sprint store again.

Cheating company, they stole my friends personal information to open the phone lines without her approval. My friend has reported to police department. They deleted my friends comment on yelp to trying to hide the truth. Please do not trust this store. Will go with legal action.

I have problems with my account when transitioning to new account since July 2019 they still can not solve it. I have to them so many times.
Dont know why ppl got so upset with waiting time. Then helped me transferred all my data for all my new phones. That takes 30 mins for one phone. I waited to been helped and even thought the person helped me was tired, he still provided me great service. They r human too! Just be patient!

Horrible customer service! At first, they told me the bill would be $160 but it went up to $300. I called them the first time, they promised me that they would fix the bill and gave me a refund for the extra money that I paid, but they never did. I gave them another call and this time, they hang up the phone immediately when they heard my voice. It’s been years now but I have not received a refund or any changes to the bill. I already talked to my lawyer, I am going to sue this place.

Worst service ever. Insincere, poorly trained sales staff who do not hesitate to screw you over. Go at your own risk!We went in to buy an iphone because of the ad they ran on the Chinese newspaper. Sales people insisted we get 5 phone new phone lines (rather than transfer over our existing numbers). They also tried to sell us the lease iPhone plan (Dont go for it!) but we opted to buy.We were told we can trade in an old phone (one of the reasons we bought 2 new iPhones rather than just one), which I told them was iCloud locked, but they accepted it anyway and didnt return it to us until a week after the paperwork was signed.So we walked out the door with twoiPhone 7s and a free Samsung phone even though we signed up for 5 lines and 3 free phones. The reason we insisted on these phones was for their hotspots (we were planning on getting a hotspot and a phone but were convinced to get 5 new lines instead). They would call us when new phones are in stock. THEY NEVER DID.One week later we went in to ask for our phones and phone lines. They said, sorry we dont have them (even though they gave us the numbers already). Come back when we call you. THEY NEVER DID.2 weeks later we are pissed and they still claim they have no extra phones. Assistant manager says we will get it the next day. We will get a call. NO CALL.One month later our 3rd line (the free phone) was CANCELLED for us. We called Sprint and discovered they had cancelled all three phone lines with free phones. Apparently the store employees cancelled it with sprint WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. They should not be allowed to do this, FYI #SPRINT. When we went in to complain, they told us to pay a $50 deactivation fee for all three phones ($150). SERIOUSLY?!We lost one of our iPhones during this one month wait time, went to the store for a replacement phone (because remember they didnt give us all our free phones?)! and THEY WERE TOO BUSY WITH NEW CUSTOMERS AND TOLD US WE CAN COME BACK. We expected them to help us cancel the phone line for our lost phone, but instead they said HOW LUCKY WE ARE TO HAVE LOST IT BECAUSE NOW WE CAN BUY A NEW IPhone7 for a great price with Sprints new deal.Other than the assistant manager and boss, no one can speak proper English, by the way. Very difficult to get any answers since the answer keeps changing and everything has to be confirmed through multiple people.There is no transparency.None do the deals are written in black and white for you to read.Sales people are just trying to earn a commission off you by a) selling you more iPhones and b) opening more lines for you and then closing them afterwards.Not to mention every time we went, there were different people working and previous staff members could not be found.Store manager/owner is EXTREMELY RUDE. He yelled at us and told us that we cannot have our free phones/phone lines at all and to **** off. Perhaps hes pissed cause his employees ****, but thats not our problem. We were LIED TO and would not have spent the kind of money we did had we known better. The person who sold us the phone even lied to his boss in front of us. He made it seem like we ripped him off.Next time we are video taping you and posting your *** on YouTube. #sprintisthenextunitedairlinesWe are currently looking into taking action through Sprint and are considering taking legal action against this particular store as they have completely refused to solve this issue for us after multiple visits and phone calls (they dont answer the phone).
