Weird- when I walked into the store, everyone stared at me. Wasnt sure who was a customer and who was an employee so I wasnt sure who to address(everyone was wearing black). No one smiled at me or greeted me and I felt unwelcome. After a couple minutes Jenny rescued me from being rudely stared at and greeted me in Chinese and tried to help me as much as she could and checked on me later. Later I saw the other employees name was Thomas and some other girl in an antisocial social hoodie (which was ironically accurate!) I dont think they know about customer service here!
On the afternoon of October 18, 2021, the staff had a bad attitude. All the questions asked were unclear and he said that the Verizon network is not good, and I don’t know how he got into Verizon.

We went in to get a replacement chip card and the associate greeted us with a smile and made our visit so easy and welcoming. I will come back to this place for out next upgrade with verizon.
No patient and no knowledge plus they can take the good comment on all the phone. If u want to buy a new phone of course you need someone is more professional than I do! I didn’t pick on them and before I end on my conversation he just cut me off and said that I have no patience! You can’t comment any customer until they finish their question! Angela was very knowledgeable and helpful, and definitely professional. My mom bought her new phone recently at this store; she doesnt really know how to use it. Angela spent a long time to go through all of the functions with my mom and taught her how to use it. Its definitely not her obligation to go over every single detail, but which she did. Im really appreciated her professionalism and patience. I highly recommend her.
This is BS! I paid the total of $160 cash service fees to switch over to Verizon and was told my activation fee will be waived on my bill. Angela lied to me and told me her manager couldnt do it... then why did she tell me that her manager can do it at first place? The reason she asked me to pay cash and not by credit card because she didnt meet her quota for the month and want to save it for next month. I felt bad and helped the girl out and this is what I get? Now I understand why she didnt meet her monthly quota. I will file and report to Verizon how shady of a business this place runs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Go to a real retailer store.
This is a helpful store, everyone was extremely friendly and assisted me immediately regarding my needs. I was in and out of the store quickly. The staff was patient and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend customers to come to this store for any phone issues, etc!

Needed a new phone ASAP right before Christmas because mine stopped working. This store had what I wanted and got me setup quickly.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! They will sweet talk you and offer to add-on accessories for free. Stating that they are honest and will do anything to help you out. I purchased a phone there by mistake cause I was in a rush to get one. Went in and they were all smiles and friendly. They ordered the phone for me and explained the cost breakdown (which they left out some other details). When the phone arrived and went to pick it up. Their tone of voice was totally different and rude. Before getting the phone, they charge me additional activation fee and their free accessories add-on went out the door. Basically, I have to pay for it. On top of that, they entered the wrong IMEI number. Not sure if they were doing some shady scam with the actual IMEI number. But I was able to change it to the right numbers with the help of a real Verizon rep.If you need to go to a Verizon store. Please, please go to their headquarter one. Dont go to an authorized Verizon retailer store. They are the worst and very sleazy to deal with. They have the same speech as a used car salesman.STAY AWAY!!!! I HAVE WARNED YOU...

Stopped in to pick up a sim card from this store, as verizon support told me i could go into any verizon store to pick up a free sim card. First the person at the desk tried to charge me 30 dollars for the sim, to which i replied its supposed to be free. Then another person asked me if i wanted to upgrade my phone to replace my old broken phone, i said no. Then they tried to sell me a sim card for 10 dollars. Then i spoke to a verizon tech support again, and they further clarified that this store is not a verizon corporate store and thats why they were trying to rip me off for a sim card i can get for free at any CORPORATE verizon store. Something this store could have easily pointed out.Pretty sure they were just trying to rip me off first asking for 30 then asking for 10, even after i told them what the rep said on the phone. They tried to make it seem like this is a normal procedure and its always been 30 or was it 10 dollars. Get your sim card at the Pasadena Verizon they are corporate. Dont pay for a sim when you can easily get it for free at a corporate.wouldnt do business here, seems as if they are either incompetent, or just shady individuals. Either way id suggest you take your business somewhere else more trustworthy
