If you are looking for a good selection of cabinet hardware this place is it. Beautiful selections.Only down side to this place is they are open on the weekdays which means you need to take time off work to visit them.Also not great at responding to emails. I suggest calling them and getting an appointment as they appointment only. Also it is one hour appointment slot so if it’s your first time then ensure you already know the sizes and quantities you need to make the appointment worth while.

Massive selection. Very helpful and patient staff. Found everything we wanted. Cant ask for much better experience at a hardware store. Make sure to book an appointment!

They have a large selection of cabinet hardware, and are very helpful. Prices are reasonable. They have a good return policy, so if you dont like something you can bring it back for a refund.

Incompetent and rude customer service.Diann and Dave dont know the difference of a entrance lock and entrance lock with emergency egress mortise lock. They think the entrance lock on display is faulty, but the lock is just an standard entrance lock, without emergency egress feature.They took the standard 30% off MSRP on Baldwin hardware, which is still higher than online retailers. When I question their quote, their reply is This person is not our kind of customer.I expect the re-seller to know the product they are selling, and bring their contribution to the deal table. I dont know what kind of customer qualifies as their kind of customer.

High end plumbing fixtures for the kitchen and bath. Door knobs, cabinet pulls, mail boxes, bath tubs, sinks, faucets, Robern medicine cabinets. A great selection. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I bought Rohl products for my kitchen, bathroom and shower only to find our after the fact that they are made for European water pressures which are much less than here were we run at 80 PSI and Rohl can’t handle that. Would have been nice to know before we ordered. Obviously our sales person didn’t know this although she was very nice.

This place is definitely not for handicapped individuals. Dave did suggest using the ramp in the back of the store but the ramp was way to steep to push a wheelchair and although it was designed for automobile access we weren’t allowed to drive up the ramp.At first Dave was cordial but I guess we over stayed our welcome after fifty minutes or so. When I asked to use the bathroom he said it was locked which I understood as ‘locked for you’ and suggested I go to Trader Joe’s down the street. When I came back Dave was no where to be found and my wife said he just left. So we left too, carefully stepping down the curb to our car. He had mentioned that handicap access was coming soon but appearances did not suggest any action was in progress.We decided not to come back to any place that would not let us use their bathroom and did not care enough to have access to their front door.

Dave is excellent. He knows all the products very well.

Diann is a GREAT help ! also the 20% off (if buy 25 or more pulls/knobs) is a much better deal than most online store (they only discount 10%). The quality of the pulls and knobs are much better off than Lowe and Home Depot.Lots to choose. That is good and bad. I ended up spending a lot of time there.Highly recommended.

I searched on line for specialty hinges and was directed to this store but when I walked in, I could not find hinges. I asked the person at a desk near the front door if they had Euro-style hinges and she seemed upset that I had bothered her. She said no, I will have to order them for you. I will not bother them again.

We needed to purchase hardware for new front doors and were expecting to purchase a premium handle and pay accordingly, but the person working in the door section was so rude and unhelpful that we left. He behaved in a boorish manner, acted annoyed when we asked any questions, and was clearly not interested in helping us select door hardware. We left and went across the street to Home Depot and got better customer service and saved money while purchasing the identical product. It was such an unpleasant experience that we would absolutely not recommend this store based on the customer service we received today.

Terrible customer service. They made a lot of money on some very expensive Hafale pivoting pocket door hardware I purchased and were absolutely no help later when I couldn’t find anyone who could install the hardware.
