Terrible experience! Take it with a grain of salt, as I didnt directly interact with Saratoga plumbing rather my contractor did. Guess they worked with Greg. Not sure where the ineptitude lies between my contractor and Saratoga plumbing. They claimed to be working together for decades but together the kind of mistakes they are making is extremely comical like having a hand towel hanger in a different style and color than rest of that bathroom fixtures bought from them, shipping a toilet bowl meant for bidet with a regular toilet seat leaving a gaping hole in the fitting... I can list on and on, but as a homeowner I am pulling my hair dealing with them. Not sure if Covid disruption is adding to any of these mishaps.. Buyer beware and ensure these guys dont order and ship wrong parts and dont even bother verifying...

Needed to rebuild my mother’s house after a serious fire. Ive been working with Blake for about 5 months. At first I went in because I didnt see anything of quality at Home Depot, and I wanted brands that were going to last. I told myself that I was only going to purchase a few things at Saratoga Plumbing Supply because they cost a little more (although much better quality), and when the insurance company is paying for it, youre on a tight budget. I ended up buying most of my plumbing fixtures/supplies (faucets, shower fixtures, sinks, kitchen fixtures Etc.) at Saratoga Plumbing Supply. The selections is great; ship times are quick; service was excellent and knowledgeable. It saved me so much time and stress, and Blake helped me with suggestions that fit my budget. WELL WORTH IT! House will be finished next month 10/15, and Im very happy with Saratoga Plumbing Supply.

When Tina work there there was excellent service but now Ive had to have something shipped 4 times and they didnt include all the parts and I spent well over $2000 because of their error

We dealt with many businesses, for better or worse, during the course of our 15 month new home build but I dont think any experience was better than what we found at SPS.Most of the credit for this 5 star review goes to Brittany. She really knows her stuff and smoothed over all of the wrinkles associated with picking fixtures, toilets, sinks, faucets, tubs, for a large new home. She put us at ease right away and my family always looked forward to going into the store. Phone calls were returned promptly and problems, though rare, were always quickly addressed. If everyone we dealt with in all of the construction trades were as competent, friendly, and professional as Saratoga Plumbing Supply, I would have less gray hair for sure!

I was attempting a DIY repair of a Grohe shower valve - I got plenty of discouragement, an unsolicited plumber recommendation, and I was made to wonder if I was poor because I asked if the valve cartridge might be covered under warranty. Im not coming here again. Sorry. Your mileage may vary!

This place is mis named. It is not really a plumbing supply store so much as it is a high end showroom. If you are looking for faucets and tubs, etc. this place seemed nice, but overly expensive. If you are looking for fittings to finish the week end project, go somewhere else.
