Forget about going to Home Depot or Lowes for your plumbing needs, go to Ferguson! My moms water heater broke and I wasted hours going to different Lowes and Home Depot to get help and none of them can help me. Either they sold me the wrong part or just flat out dont know anything. I finally found Ferguson and they immediately know what I need, and they didnt try to sell me anything. Thats right! Turns out my water heater is still under warranty and they gave me the phone number to the manufacturer to file a case. I called the manufacturer, got a warranty replacement PO number, went back inside Ferguson and pick up the 400 dollar part and paid only 25 bucks in fees. Great service and knowledgeable staff! A++!

My experience here is limited to searching a very specific shower tub spout. Juan helped me find the exact spout based on the design and his experience. Mind you I went to two Home Depot’s and another plumbing hardware store. All the other stores did not know what brand or how to replace the broken spout I brought to the store. Looking back, in my opinion, the associates could have easily measured the hole size and threading on the back of the spout diverter to determine brand and replacement set. Luckily at this store Juan knew exactly which brand, design, and color match for the spout diverter I needed to replace. He made me very confident by bringing out a similar delta spout to show the adapter fit my spout. Juan is very detail oriented and patient in helping me purchase the correct product. Also he gave me plenty of options and not simply suggesting the most expensive replacement. This I appreciate. I will say there were a few snafus where their system somehow erased my address unit number and thus took UPS a few days extra to deliver the product. Also delta spouts I’ve discovered generally have design flaws. But my experience at this plumbing hardware store really has been great, especially considering how other stores have failed me in finding the right product. Overall great experience and 5-star rating for this store!

Probably okay for actual plumbers although Proflow products (Ferguson brand) had marginal reviews. Most faucets were Proflow and not well stocked. Although I detest big box stores Im opting for one of those for better selection and a website that describes the products.
