Received info of promotion from Protect Your Home in mail days after purchase of new house. Contacted the phone number and lady on other end was very helpful in assessing what was needed to protect the house. Asked what cost would be for extra key fob or remote and extra motion detector. Think was about $350 but said would discuss it later in process. When she got more info she went over the installation procedures and what would be installed and included were the extra remote and motion detector. Was thrilled as really needed the extra items. The installer showed up on time and did exactly what was needed. Whole process was easy.
My experience with ADT the entire time we have used them for business has been horrendous. Our experience with ADT began with a dozen false alarms in the first few months of service due to a wiring issue where the office next door to ours would set off the alarm. During the two years we have had this service we had 3 break-ins two of which were never registered because of a communication issue with the tower, making this service entirely useless. When we tried to cancel service due to the office move, we were notified that we had a 3 year contract, when I received a copy of the signed contract, it turns out that our rep went ahead and filled it out for us docu sign signature and all and conveniently no longer works for the company. The only way to cancel ADT services is to send or fax a hand written letter to them and wait 30 days. Wow, its like its 1982 again, I love it. I have been trying to cancel this service a few hours every day for a week. Not only will I never get ADT, I will make sure all my friends and family who have them cancel. I am now an anti-advocate of this terrible company. I dont even want to tell you what their phone support is like. Suffice it to say, the first time I called to cancel they transferred me exactly 14 times to wrong departments. After time number 12, I realized that it was not an accident :| Boooooo ADT, shame on you. I have simply safe at home and love it, no contract, no complaints :)
Our installer was excellent and very patient. He explained things well, and was here for 5 hours installing our system. Any questions Ive had were answered quickly by your customer service.
The technician / sales rep was friendly and very helpful in explaining how the system worked. Matt was also pleasant to deal with and very efficient in the installation with no mess or cleanup needed. We feel like we are now well protected.

The two gentleman who installed the system were polite and helpful. They made me comfortable with learning the system and operating it. I was pleased with their knowledge and experience.
They offered us a deal saying we would receive a $100 visa gift card after our first monthly payment, but we never did.Their wireless device at the home entrance looks terrible and they attached it without our consent creating large holes in our wall.Their technician was very rude and told us he doesn’t even like his job and he won’t keep it. He said you can call and complain about my work, I won’t keep this job anyways and I don’t care!
Today I had Francisco upgrade our alarm. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank You ADT
Very professional service, very knowledgeable phone & installation technicians, good value.
The installer was highly qualified. The only hiccup was that you did a major site upgrade during the day and someone had to come back on Monday to complete the Pulse setup.
